Receptionist called to tell me my son would have to reschedule ANOTHER appt when they have already cancelled the week before. And I’m like please no , he’s been out of meds and can’t wait another week . Especially his heart meds . She LITERALLY had the nerve to tell me , oh well , doctors have lives too . And that it’s just too bad … Like WHO SAYS that !!!!! Unprofessional and totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I’m going to the top on this one !! Someone needs to teach this women professionalism!!! And, how to do her job !!!!!!!!!!

Very strange...before they can tell you if they accept your insurance you have to go by and fill out a new patient application (can't be done on the phone or on line), then they will call you to make an appointment IF they accept you type of Insurance...from our residence to there office is about 35-40 minutes then home again. That is at least 1 very expensive (because of gas prices) unnecessary trip. If you don't accept my insurance that's fine I can call (not drive) to find one that does accept my company and save gas to boot.All the information could be given on the phone...seems like a very shady way of a business practice, they know which insurance they accept from each Insurance company...I for one need to trust my doctor and need for them to trust me more that this person trusts....so to me she is a very big red flag as Dr.s go.

I had three telephone conversations with them regarding pre-op testing for surgery before making an appointment. I even made a statement that the orthepedic doctor was prescribing Tramadol and all I needed was established PCP relationship and be clearned for surgery. We drive for near 90 minutes to get there (15th doctor involved in getting my hip replaced), spend another 15 minutes filling out paperwork and next I know we are practically getting kicked out of there because we take controled substances (Tramadol and my wife, prescriptions for headaches). Satisfied until office began calling repeatedly to come for blood test. Finally had time to get the blood test completed. Office then wanted me to come in to talk to doctor. After rescheduling several appointments, I asked if I could have blood test information sent to me and was told they would have to ask doctor. I received the results of blood test with a letter informing me that she would no longer be my doctor. Feeling confused. I am usually healthy, pay high insurance, small income.

I started with this Clinic in January. I have been in maybe a total of 3 times. The last time I was there...I went in for breathing problems due to Allergies / SInus issues. Dr ordered a Cortizone shot and I got my flu shot. I have had dozens of shots in my lifetime in the hip area. This time....within 15 minutes of the nurse giving me this shot...I was in severe pain....and have been for the last 2 weeks with no relief. That has NEVER happened before. We had a really bad experience and found the office staff to be extremely incopitent. Even without the bad experience, I don't feel she's a good doctor. I also didn't like the fact that I was always charged an office visit for a 2 minute follow up appt.

My kids and I had used Dr Swinford for years and never had an issue. I called to schedule my husband an appt. and because he canceled a new patient appt. previously (months if not years ago) they will not see him in the clinic AT ALL. What kind of policy is that? Needless to say she just lost my family of 5 as patients.

Lacked connection with patient. Seemed cold. More concerned in keeping to schedule than getting to know me and answering all my questions. This was a first visit (also last). No follow up on tests nor scheduled next appointment after 3 days of waiting for call back. Maybe with experience she will improve. If I could have rated her less than poor, I would have done so. Nurse (Renee) and staff seemed much more professional.
