Dr. Blake A Nonweiler

He did my acl hamstring reconstruction. Wish he was closer for another operation.

I highly recommend Dr Nonweiler. He has performed both a shoulder and a knee surgery on me and the results both times exceeded all expectations. In both cases, I was back to full exercise in record time. He is an incredible surgeon, delivers results, and has a humorous and personal bedside manner. We live in Bend, OR and have traveled to see him for both surgeries, and it was 100% worth it. The patient care that I have received with Dr. Nonweiler’s team is by far the best that I have ever experienced. I have never written a review before and cannot stress enough that Dr. Blake Nonweiler is truly one of a kind.

Works part time. Not available for emergencies. Seems a bit to unconcerned with pain. Just not happy with spending months in pain with no outcome. This was my wife’s experience with Nonweiler.

I have a fractured humerus. I've never had a broken bone before. I felt he should have explained the whole healing process and what I could expect as time went on. I asked when I would be able to return to work and he said anytime. I work on a computer all day but really!!! This was 3 days after my fall and I was in terrible pain. I'm not sure if he was being sarcastic or what. Seemed bored. The assistant seemed unhappy. I've opted to see another doctor here. I hope it goes a lot better

Dr. Nonweiler performed an ACL allograft replacement. He came across as very well versed in ACL replacement options. He recommended the allograft over the autograft based on my age and activity level. So far my recovery has been quick and uneventful. It's day 4 and I'm walking around with the brace and crutches without significant pain. More of a listener than a talker, but when he spoke he spoke with assurance and I trusted his recommendation. The surgery was a success so far.
