We love Dr. Ensminger. He’s very helpful and always willing to take a problem seriously. He’s very compassionate in a no-nonsense kind of way. If you’re looking for a doctor who will be direct about the importance of evidence-based medicine while also involving you in your own care, he’s the GP for you.

Dr. Ensminger is a great physician. He is very knowledgeable about diagnosis and medications. :)

I encountered nothing but professionalism from everyone at this office. Dr. Ensminger took time to talk to me without being rushed. Awesome lab tech.

Dr. Ensminger was rude and uncaring. I came to him hoping to get help because I was very ill. He told me it was stress and yelled at me. I never went back. I found another doctor and I was diagnosed with a tumor. Ensminger didn't care to find out what was wrong with me, doesn't want to listen to his patients.

He has a problem with instant anger, and is a ticking time bomb! Asked a question he didn’t like, and it flew all over him. Got angry and told me to find another doctor which wasn’t a problem. Just know if it hasn’t happened to you yet it will. My spouse refused to go back after the first visit because he was so rude.

This is a very nice and skillful doctor. He takes time to explain the relevant issues. His nurse and secretary are joyful and helpful. The office is clean and well organized.

Dr. Ensminger is very knowledgeable, kind, listens, answers all questions and you never feel rushed. The staff listen and respond, making you feel comfortable; they are kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. Your wait is never long and the waiting room and patient rooms are always clean. Today was my first visit to Dr. Ensminger. His nurse made me feel more like I was home than at the Dr office. And then came the dr who was straight up the most caring, understanding, human being I have ever came in contact with. He is direct and too the point and wants you to be better. Thanks to the Dr and his staff

This doctor just doesn't care about people. Went in with my wife, he was very disrespectful.

I had to change doctors after mine retired and I am so thankful for Dr. Ensminger and his PA Kristin. They are thorough and patient. I have never felt like they were rushing me through. Also their nurses are always kind, happy, and thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Ensminger

My family has seen Dr. Ensminger for years. We have never had a bad experience. He is a great doctor and he genuinely cares for his patients. My family and I will continue to use him. We also drive a hour to see him.

Very uncaring

Dr. Ensminger is the most caring physician I have ever met. He takes time to answer any and all questions his patients have. Dr. Ensminger cares about the lives of his patients as he inquires about the interpersonal lives as well as the medical lives. Overall one of the best doctors I have ever met, Our family drives over an hour to see him, no doctor in our town compares to his compassion.

Someone referred him, went to him for minor cut. Was also treated for swimmers ear (fungus) with an antibiotic. Months of pain and going back. Finally left, went to ENT Dr. who said it was a fungus, treated it with right med. and it never returned. Wanted to do certain test, that I was against, another time. When I refused them he was totally hateful, said if you can't do what I recommend, you can find yourself another Dr. and escorted me out.

Dr. Ensminger is the only doctor I love as much as my childhood physician. He is caring, competent and friendly. Each visit I leave feeling confident and more knowledgeable than when I entered. He takes time to answer your questions and give comphrensive information on each subject.

Had a good repoire with Dr. Ensminger before he went with St. Francis. Went in last year after falling a few times in succession and hurting my back. Went back a few days ago for my yearly physical and he attacked me when I told him things that he doesn't think I should be doing although I give proof that the activity does not hurt my back. Refuses to refill the occasional pain prescription as punishment. Will NOT be going back or referring him.

Dr. Ensminger talks to you in a way you can easily understand. He is honest, professional, & knowledgeable, but still talks with you like an old friend. I like the fact that he stays up-to-date on medical issues & prescription meds. Additionally, he will speak bluntly when needed (I need that often). One of the best things I can say about him is that I would put him up against the best doctors in the biggest cities, yet he maintains his small-town deameanor & likability. He genuinely cares.
