Dr.Lelchuk and his medical staff are some of the best medical professionals in the area. I’ve been coming to him for many years since I was a child and he has always been able to help no matter the issue. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a doctor for your children.

We have been with Dr. Lelchuk for many years since my children where born. And it is not a small matter to part with a doctor. But the office administration is terrible. We had appointment for blood works, we came fifteen minutes prior and waited, being passed, by people who came after us, just because front desk receptionist spoke the same language. It happened before at previous appointments. So, I know its not a coincidence. The doctor was not even in the office and we saw him walking in as we walked out. For good this time! If you like to wait unreasonable amount of time, if you OK been treated with disrespect, then you can see Dr. Lelchuk. We will go for our children medical needs to the office that operates on a professional level, keeps their word and respects their patents. We have been with Dr. Lelchuk for many years. Since my children were born. And it is not a small matter to part with a doctor. But, the office administration is terrible. We had an appointment for blood works, we came fifteen minutes prior and waited, being passed, by people who came after us, just because the front desk receptionist spoke the same language. I went here as a kid and got great care, and I just got a rapid COVID test. Fast, kind service, very accommodating, answer the phone fast. Wonderful office!

We love Dr. Lelchuk. He is one of the nicest people I ever met. Both of my kids love going there. He tries to stay away from antibiotics if he can. Never overreact and he is always smiling.

Dr. Lelchuk is with us since my daughter was 10 month, now she is 5. He is always very profesional and paying attention to details. He doesn't like over do with medication which is absolutely fine with me. Whenever we got minor colld or serious virus or ear infection he makes all nessesary tests and prescribes antibiotics only if needed. Very nice doctor, I would totally recommend him! Doctor is awesome ????..if crying about waiting time well you should get medicaid, go to Chicago free clinic and try to wait there for less than 30 minutes or an hour to see the doctor..or should back to USSR lmao..

Dr. lelchuk and his team are the BEST OF THE BEST pediatrician team ! i have 6 kids and he has been allll my childrens dr since 1996 my oldet is 22 he is a US Marine and my oldest daughter is 18 she has her own business as a beautician and then 17, 16, 15, and 13 now soo my kids love them and trust DR. One of the worst physicians. Highly incompetent and does not pay attention to details. Does not know the normal threshold for blood pressure. Does not do developmental screens. Does not do confidential screens with teenagers. Does not know normal reference ranges for Hgb

Waiting time is horrible , few times waiting more than 1hr to do a regular check up. Front seat is rude and unprofessional, paying money to see mad faces! Nothing bad about doctor, just front desk and waiting time!

Our doctor was on vacation and I needed Russian speaking doctor. We called to his office and they refused to accept us with a sick child. I said I will pay for the appointment. They answered only if we make him Primary care physician he will See my baby.

Always waiting at least 1 hour until the doctor shows up. The visit is done within 5 to 7 minutes with no result.

Great doctor. He has been the pediatric for our three daughters since they were born. He has been always available when the girls are sick. He not only has treated the medical aspect, but also has given wise advices about life in every appointment. Our girls love him. We live 45 minutes away from his office, but we don't mind the commute.

Wait time is usually terrible. You feel lucky if doctor sees you within first 30 minutes, but 45+ minutes of wait time is kind of normal here.

Had 3 appointments with this dr for my baby. 40 minutes wait,45 minutes wait and the last time was over an hour. So my wife left without seeing him. If you want to wait for an hour for scheduled appointment with newborn- this is the great place! ;)

The best doctor, really love him !! Office is always clean, professional workers, apointment can be obtained without problems, if the child is ill at any time. It's always nice to come and see our beloved doctor !!!

Worst doctor I've ever met! My daughter was allergic eczema,he always told us that all is well, put cream on the skeen....eventually brought the child to the dreaded stage of eczema with bleeding wounds.he does not want to make test , just give us hormonal creams. he put vaccinated when child is sick

I take my baby twins to doctor Lelchuk and could not be happier with him. He is very attentive, explains everything in detail, doesn't push medications if there is a way to avoid them. He cares not only for babies, but also for their moms. He sometimes calls himself to follow up even though he has many patients. Most of my friends go to him now and those who don't are planning to. Reception staff though could be better. They are a bit lazy when trying to look up your insurance and such.

Great doctor for both of my kids. Very attentive to details. Support natural treatments if medically invasive options are not necessary. Gladly gives advice for probiotics and refer to acupuncture treatments.

This man was my pediatrician for as long as I can remember. When I have kids, he will hopefully be their pediatrician. If I can help it, he would be my grandchildren's pediatrician. He is professional, informative, and has accurate diagnoses. The clinic is fluid and well managed. I think what my parents and I appreciated most about him is that he lived by what he preached. He practiced by example and not by word alone.

We went to this doc because we had a health issue with a baby. Our friends told us that he is very good doc with huge experience. HOWEVER, 1st, he didn't wash his hands and began to check the baby, than he was touching baby's gums with that dirty finger, and when i asked him if he washed his hands he said " It's ok not to wash hands, don't worry " . Then he decided to give a baby 6 shots of vaccines. And baby was not even 2 month old. It was horrible experience. Don't go to this doc.

The front desk staff lack of customer service!!.. They NEED to hire people who enjoy working for the public and definitely have EXPERIENCE in customer service. Dr Boris is a great Doctor, too bad his staff (M.A) SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
