Great team of professionals! Everyone from the Dr. Kroin herself to the office staff and frontdesk girls are always responsive, friendly and flexible to accommodate needs and unfortunate emergencies of young parents. My kids love her.

Great doctor. Spends time with patients and have lot of patience.She listens to all the questions and address perfectly.front desk receptionists and nurse are very nice .

Dr. Kroin and her nurse Marina have the worst bed side manner. My siblings saw Dr. Kroin today for their school physical. I express my concerns to Dr. Kroin regarding my younger brother. Her response " its just nerves he will be fine". She hesitated when I ask her for pediatric GI doctor. Her nurse Marina had the worst bed side manner I have ever seen. How can you blame a child for missing their vein and not being able to draw his blood the first time. She did not bother to check for a vein the first time she poked him. My recommendation for Dr. Kroin and her staff is to improve bed side manner. Be able to put patients first, listen to what they are telling you. My family and I will be seeking a new provider. We no longer feel comfortable returning to this office.

Dr. Kroin not only truly loves kids, has patience and time to spend with every parent and child to make sure diagnosed right and nothing serious is going on, great diagnostic, very up to date with medical field but also cares about each and every patient!
