This was my first visit to Dr. Bagwell’s office and I’m very pleased with the cleaning I received.The staff was very friendly and the office is very clean! Also, I didn’t have a long wait at all. Addie did a great job and was very gentle. Location is close to home so that’s a plus!

Trust in diagnostic recommendations is big for me when choosing a Dr. That’s why I left the previous one.... I have to say that the trust one develops at Smiles Dental is TOP NOTCH. I visited office because I wanted an opinion on weather my smile could use enhancement. After a very thorough consultation which included lots of pictures and a video of myself talking, Dr. Bagwell gave me his recommendations. The appointment exceeded my expectations. I greatly appreciated Dr. Bagwell’s professionalism and the amount of time he spent explaining my smile to me.

I've been going to Smiles Dental Design with Dr. Bagwell for many years and now take my children there as well. Dr. Bagwell and ALL of his staff are amazing. Every dental assistant, hygienist, and receptionist has been kind and sweet, and they receive us like family every time. On top of that, their work is amazing and painless!! Like most people, I always feared the pain and discomfort I associated with going to the dentist, but the dentist and his staff are all gentle and skilled, and my children have never complained, which comforts me. Thank you to Dr. Bagwell and everyone there!

My special needs adult son required xrays which is not easy for him. Crystal was so patient and comfortable working with him. It took a second visit but she got him to stay still long enough. Brad took extra time with my son to get an initial look. He was great with my son. From Gisela at the front desk to all the others who took time to talk with my son, I thank you very much for making this a very pleasant visit for my son

Dr Bagwell is the best dentist in Space Coast. Even though he is not in our dental plan network, we continue to see him because of his professional expertise and absolutely wonderful personality.

The interior/exterior of the office building is very clean and exceeded my expectations. My room had a giant picture window where I watched squirrels and others animals while in the dental chair! The assistant Haddi was very friendly and I could tell she was well trained because the full set of X-rays were completed quickly and with no discomfort. The dentist was top notch and showed me things about my teeth, smile and bite that had never been explained to me in all my years of dental appointments. It showed that he sincerely cared about my smile and we talked about options going forward. After the X-rays and dental exam, I had my teeth cleaned by one of the hygienist named Erin. Like everyone else on staff, she was very friendly and well trained. The cleaning was the most relaxing I’ve ever received and I even used the massage chair while getting the my teeth cleaned. From the very first impression of the building to the amazing individuals on staff, I would highly recommend this top notch office. I completely understand why this office is so popular! Thanks to everyone who helped me. You guys/girls are awesome!!!

I recently changed to Dr Bagwell. Staff very friendly, no wait time, took me in at appointment time. I’m very happy I switched to Dr. Bagwell and his staff. They seem to be a very caring staff as is Dr Bagwell.

I got a 3/4 crown during this 90 minute visit. The ability to clean up the tooth, scan it and make one in 20 minutes is so impressive to me. It is the second one they have done and both were quick and Relatively easy (it still involves working in your Mouth...). The Doctor and all his assistants have always been professional and cheerful. Thanks Dr. Bagwell!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Bagwell’s commitment to his patients. He is someone you can feel very comfortable with because of his knowledge, performance, and know that your teeth have been well taken care of. I had a tooth that cracked and broke off last night. I called this morning and Dr. Bagwell able to fit me into his day, save the remaining tooth and I walked out within an hour. My husband is also a patient there and he had something very similar happened a year ago and had the same great emergency treatment. It’s something hard to find these days and I feel very fortunate to have found such a great dentist.

AFTER THE X-RAY AND CLEANING, I SAT IN THE CHAIR FOR 45 MINUTES. THE DOCTER NEVER CAM IN TO SEE ME. MY LEGS WERE CRAMPING. I STOOD UP TO GET THE CIRCULATION GOING. THE ATTENDENT SAW ME STANDING AND TOLD ME THE DOCTOR IS RUNNING LATE AND THAT I COULD LEAVE IF I DID NO WANT WAIT ANY LONGER, SHE SAID THE DOCTER WOULD REVIEW THE X-RAYS AND CONTACT ME IF ANYTHING SHOWED UP.T THE DOCTOR SHOULD SPEND LESS TIME THINKING ABOU $$$ AND BE AND MORE CONCERNED ABOUT SCHELDING !!

Erin was very pleasant and gentle. My teeth cleaning experience was positive and efficient. Erin was on time and very kind. Dr. Bagwell has been our dentist for 9 years and we could not be happier. He is always very friendly. When we have to have dental care outside of our cleanings he is extremely gentle, effecient and makes dental work painless.

One of my crowns fell off and I was so scare to see the Dentist. I have a Phobia with needles. I have to said this is the best Doctor I ever had. He do any and everything to make you comfortable.

This is a beautiful office. There are big windows in every room, makes it feel open and natural. I even like the music they play. Everything is state of the art. I actually watched my crown being made! The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and caring. When I had a toothache, they took me in fast and eased my pain and my mind. I recommend this place highly!

I never spend more then 5minutes waiting to see Doctor Bagwell, his staff goes above and beyond to make my experience as enjoyable as possible and I love seeing instant photos / xrays on the monitor in front of me as he explains the steps needed, always giving me other options that might fit my income. I always leave with a schedule or game plan on how we are going to get my teeth in order.

Dr. Bagwell and his staff are so amazing and I recommend them very highly! I fell and busted 4 of My front teeth out and was very scared! They got me right in and made me feel very comfortable! My mouth was very sore from falling but he was so gentle getting me numb I never felt a thing! All of my dental work was done in one visit and before I knew it they were finished!
