I have been seeing Dr. Brandi Jones for many years. She is the first doctor I have been to that TRULY listens to my concerns, discusses my concerns with me and then takes action to help me in any way possible. Dr. Jones takes her time with her patients and thoroughly review all information including labs. She is kind, loyal, understanding, and super intelligent. I wouldn't change her as my physician for the world.

Dr. Jones was very professional and helped me talk through the issues I was going through. And she also thoroughly explained the medicine that she was prescribing me.

Brandi Jones is a wonderful family practitioner. My husband and son both see her as well. She really listens to your concerns, takes all the time you need and cares about her patient's health and happiness. I am so glad that I have a great physician that I can trust with my family’s health. We are lucky to have her as our doctor!

Felt very safe upon entering and leaving the facility. Dr. Brandi Jones is simply the best doctor I’ve ever had.

I always have a positive experience with Dr. Jones. She takes the time necessary to understand what is going on in my body and recommends what I need to live a healthy life. She has been my primary doctor for about 20 years.

As good of a doctor as I've ever visited. She is patient as the day is long, smart as hell & personable to boot. Answers questions willingly & unpretentiously - even the stupid ones. Ochsner is lucky to have her on staff.

Dr. Jones never gave up on me when explaining my symptoms that even I, myself, did not fully understand. We tried treatments over the course of about a year or two before finding what worked, but she never once gave up on finding what works for ME. She truly listens and does not rush you nor belittle you. Would recommend always!

Dr. Jones and her persistence to find the cause of an abnormal scan, is the reason why my cancer was found. If not for her, there is no telling where I'd be today. She ALWAYS gives you all the time that you need when you meet with her. I will always be grateful for this special doctor. Thank You!
