Everyone was very kind! That is very important to me to be treated with compassion and kindness! The DR was wonderful!

Hands down best doctor and nurse team - ever! Quitting or retirement not an option for these two. I trust them not only with my care, but all of my family's care. If they would take care of my animals, this is who they would see too. There are zero negatives with these two and all the positives you can think of.

Dr. Winter,MD is one of best doctors you can go to at Intermountain Health Care. He cares about his patients and his nurse Shelly is amazing as well!

Prompt check-in, courteous and helpful. Shelly in Dr Wintle's office a complete joy. Dr Wintle, as always, was kind and caring. Spent a lot of time with me and helped me understand my new plan. Then wrote instructions down for me to review at home. He was very responsive to my needs.

Dr Wintle was amazing as always. He takes the time to address all my concerns. As I had a list for him. He didn't rush through the visit. He is an amazing doctor.

Dr. Wintle is amazing. He always takes his time with us and listens to our concerns. We never feel rushed. He treats us as if we are his only patients. He is very thorough and caring. He makes us laugh and puts us at ease. We feel very comfortable talking to him about our concerns.

Dr Wintle is a very good doctor, explained the problem I have in a language was easy to understand. Also he's a very empathetic person, great human being. I'm glad he's my doctor.

Dr. Wintle is a superb physician and is responsive and communicative with patients. He values interaction with each individual to ensure excellent care. He provides expertise and personal attention to each patient and takes the time to answer all questions.

I have been going to herfordshire for 30 yrs plus I never had a problem. I saw Dr Wallace til he left in 2005 and Dr Wallace suggest that I go to Dr wintle.he hadn't finished his residency at makay Dee. When he finished in 2005 he became my doctor and friend.we pretty much had the same since of humor and told each other funny stories about our children. In 2010 I had a brain hemorrhage at that time they found a brain tumor as well.dr wintle continued to treat me. The office manager Devin who is not even a Dr had access to my files and asked why he had prescribed so much pain meds. He stuck up for me and said because she has a brain tumor.we got along just fine till one day in July. I was acussed of calling him nasty names and statements that were absolutely not true. There were 2girls in the call center that didn't like me.They got together with Devin the office my manager and told Dr wintle things that were not true. I wrote him a heart felt letter and asked him to please call call me ,that I was sure we could clear this up with just a phone call. After going to him for 10 years he wouldn't even call me sent me an unkind letter. Cut off my meds and didn't even refer me to another doctor. Ive been setup by Devin and the two call center girls that don't like me. I'm in terrible pain and trying to find another doctor who will treat me is close to impossible.HE HAS DONE ME WRONG! All he had to do was call me and it could have been straightened out.i didn't do anything wrong. I took the meds as prescribed and never asked for it early.they did this to me because they didn't want to have me on thier records as a cronic pain patient. To make Devin look good. I truly liked Dr wintle but he listened to Devin who accused me of doctor shopping and in my letter to Dr wintle I asked him why did he accuse me of doctor shopping. He said I didn't. Well where did that come from. It came from Devin the office manager who accused me of it on the phone the day before wintle sent me the letter. now why didn't Dr wintle stick up for me then. This is just really sad because I really liked him. But if he is soo willing to listen to other people that don't know me I can't recomend to anyone I'm so very sorry it happened like this as I've already said I really liked him. I talked to my pharmist about it and he told me he has had nothing but trouble with herfordshire since they added the call center and the new office manager. I told him Devin accused me of doctor shopping and he said Terri I've known you since you were a girl. That's BS and I will back you I have been going to herfordshire for 30 yrs plus I never had a problem.
