Dr. Jonathan David Packard

I have been with Dr. Packard since his internship back in 1997. He is a wonderful dentist. Recently I woke up too late from working graves...15 min late for an appt. The receptionist was very nice but kept telling me I would have to pay for a missed appt. I explained to her several times I could not afford it, and she kept telling me the same thing. She then referred me to another employee that I do not get along with...in fact several of his past receptionist, were also as wonderful as Dr. Packard, eft his office due to this same employee. After talking to this receptionist...she kept insisting I talk with the employee I do not get along with...finally I told the receptionist to fine me and told her goodbye. 30 minutes later Dr. Packard called me and told me he would not charge me for my appt., but he said I would need to find another dentist. I do want to add one more thing...the appt I was late for was changed from my previous appt I had...I was sitting in the dentist chair about 2 weeks previously and Dr. Packard came into the room and explained to me that his sister was actively dying and asked if I would reschedule, so he could be at her bedside. I told him to go be with his sister and family, and I left immediately so he could be with his sister as she passed. As I stated before I think Dr. Packard is an awesome dentist, and it's unfortunate that I have to find another dentist after being with him for so long. I will miss his funny stories and great sense of humor. Normally I would not fill out a rate, but under the circumstances of how I was treated...yes I was in the wrong for being late and I confirmed an appointment 2 days prior to my appt but in life things happen. I am sorry also for telling the receptionist that I wouldn't talk to the employee I don't get along with...but I do feel this was unfair...now I have to find another dentist, my teeth had also gotten worse after the 2 week wait for that appt I was late for. Just had a new crown done in October 2019, back tooth, today eating a pretzel the crown breaks off. Way to go J. D. Looks like my NEW Dentist will get the pleasure of working on someone else’s mistake!

Can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Packard and his staff. Dr Packard was so wonderful with my parents making the difficult transition to dentures. My mom's first denture was 5 years ago and she just had 4 implants placed for a better fitting denture. Dr Packard is very skilled at placing implants and I felt very confident knowing my mom was in good hands. Thank you for your amazing work and kindness you have shown to my parents. I have been struggling with mouth pain for almost 2 years without resolution from other dentists. Dr. Packard is talented in diagnosing and resolving dental issues. I love his energy and enthusiasm. His office is the most advanced I have seen and his office staff are fantastic. Great office and great dentist.

Where do I begin. Dr Packard has been amazing. He helped my parents with the difficult transition into dentures. Not an easy decision but he was extremely kind and loving with them and made them feel better about what needed to be done. My mom would always hide her smile with her hand when she spoke and the dentures helped her gain her confidence back. It was so nice to go to a dentist who was nonjudgmental and skilled to do the implants in office. Couldn't be happier.. Thank you!

Who really enjoys going to the dentist?!? After realizing that it was a need more than I want I found Dr. Packard and have really enjoy getting my teeth cleaned here. When it comes to health care and dental care i expect the highest level of professionalism and Dr. Packard and his staff do not disappoint.

At the time I took my daughter to see Dr. Packard, he wasn't even our dentist. My 4 year old daughter fell and knocked her front tooth all the way up into her gums. We were unable to get a hold of our dentist. A family knew Dr. Packard. He came in on after hours on a Friday night and took care of our little girl. He was amazing! He explained what he was doing and talked to her to help her remain calm in a difficult situation.

My sister recommended dr packard. And I absolutely love him.
