I moved to Texas in June of 2021 and Brenda was the first doctor that I saw. My appointment was supposed to be straightforward and just transfer care from my Louisiana doctor to Texas. The first thing Brenda did was take me off of medications that I had been on for ages on my first and only visit without even having my records from my previous doctor or reviewing anything with me. She was more concerned with doing things her way than understanding my health needs and treatments that have worked for me in the past. I decided to find another doctor who has been wonderful and then I got a bill in the mail for Dr. Vozza's visit. Even though that visit should have been covered through the copay I paid in her office and the insurance that I gave her at the time of my visit. I just paid the fee to be done with her because I never want to deal with this office again. If you're looking for a doctor that is going to try to make an effort to understand your health history before making decisions, do not come here. I felt completely disrespected. I've been going to Dr. Vozza for years. She's the best. I trust her and she has served me with excellence. Glad to call her my doctor.

She has her own labs so she will literally run a urine test on you with every appointment (drug test) which I have never heard of in my life. She is rude, her bedside manner is horrible, and the place is run by a bunch of students. Her staff is incompetent and rude.

My first read on her was correct and confirmed by other reviews. Shocked she is allowed to hold a license to practice medicine. She is unethical, paranoid and dishonest to the point of lying to intimidate patients. She seems obsessed about mental or emotional illnesses that don't exist, completely failing to analyze and treat high risk conditions such as cardiac failure and diabetes. She appears to be mentally unstable, being paranoid and spiteful if challenged. She has staff lie to patients to force her ways onto patients. Clientele are elderly nursing homes patients and drug seeking addicts, vunerable and easily bullied. And now add a beauty spa at office location offering Botox and fillers. Ridiculous.

After being diagnosed with a pituitary macro adenoma I was told to see an internal medicine Dr. I started seeing Dr Vozza and the first two visits were ok. I started having a pain in my joints and under my ribs, went to the Dr Vozza several times and she did nothing to help me. I began to realize that she’s all about the money. She diagnosed me with bi polar disorder knowing that I’m having issues with my hormones lmfao she is a joke. Needless to say a month after seeing her for all my pain I ended up in the hospital with a portal vein clot that they say had been causing my pain all alone. I would not recommend her at all. Worst doctor I’ve ever had. Completely incompetent doctor and staff, unnecessary labs that she does in house, worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. Place is ran by a bunch of students as well, just a waste of time and money.

In the waiting room, I witnessed an elderly woman being turned away because she had trouble breathing with a mask on and had attempted to keep her appointment wearing a plastic shield. The receptionist simply said that the woman was not allowed in and that was that. She was denied treatment. Although some chairs in the waiting room we clearly marked "Do not sit here," the remaining chairs were dirty and the staff seemed irritable. The initial triage seemed fine. As I sat in treatment, though, I noticed I was having trouble breathing from chemicals in the room. When 20 minutes of waiting had passed as the medical staff was outside the door loudly socializing, I was hit by a full-blown asthma attack. When I went out the door, one of the staff snapped, "May we help you?" I said I couldn't breathe and would have to leave. No one did anything. I, too, was denied treatment. They never even checked on me. FYI: Asthma is a legally protected disability.

Dr Brenda Vozza, Mary Costlow have been treating me for over 20 years!! State of the art facilities along with continuous medical training/education, make Dr Brenda Vozza and all of her staff/team the obvious choice!

I saw Dr. Vozza recently to establish care. I was very impressed with everything her office has to offer. From the ease of check in, to the professionalism of the staff (Keke, you're awesome!), I was very pleased. Highly recommend this physician and all of her associates to anyone!

I have been going to Dr. Vozza for 7 or 8 years nows. She is a good doctor. She takes the time to listen to your needs.

I followed my Doctor from Henderson to Longview (which I said I would never do) because I just can't give up the knowledge, wisdom and professionalism that is such a part of this wonderful group of office and medical staff! Each time I go for a visit I leave blessed by each of them and Doctor Brenda is just the BEST! Dr. Vozza is an awesome physician. She is always pleasant, kind and listens to her patients. Our whole family uses her as our PCP and we are so grateful for her. You won't find very many doctor's like her. She truly cares. Her staff is wonderful too! They are never to busy to try to assist their patients. Very concerning about all health issues. A very excellent Dr. who answers all questions. I would recommend her whoever needs a Dr. She explains all health issues so anyone could understand.

This doctor and this staff are my "medical family"! I always feel assured that I will get the very best of care from this team! They are all absolutely and without question on top of their game and are tops in their field. There is such a feeling o comfort in knowing that your medical team knows everything about you and your health issues, plus are competent to direct you to another caregiver if needed. These are my people, and I am their "person"! Yaaaay Dr. Brenda and staff!!!
