He inspired my daughter and I to loose weight and he helped us do it!!!

I had two visits with Gear. Not a good doctor. First encounter I complained of horrible internal pain and bleeding. He and his partner decided I had diverticulitis and missed the tumor the size of an orange. They sent me home saying that diverticulitis isn't painful. Next visit I had 3 blood clots in my leg after surgery. Gear said there wasn't any record of my surgery, or that I had cancer. Blew me off, saying he noticed I was on Oxycodone. I have Factor 5 and can only take Oxycodone because of thinners. He finally agreed to an ultrasound. Ordered it on the wrong leg! And then rudely tells me he told me nothing was wrong with my leg! I got upset and told him he missed the cancer a few months ago as well. I left. He said if I left, I would not get proper treatment. I wasn't getting proper treatment. Not a good doctor, 2 times he messed up

I have worked with and been a patient of Dr. Gear for over 15 years.I didn't trust him to the care of my family and all of my patients and team members!
