Doctor Buzzeo is a very nice and talented Doctor. He knows what he is doing. Very Professional. The Office staff is nice, but today as we check in for a 14 day follow up after Robit surgery removal of Prostate. And to have a Catheter removed. We were told by the front desk their was a balance on the account. The surgery was just October 28th and this is 11/11/2020. We haven't even received a bill. She said without a debit card, credit card, set up payment arrangements with a debit card or full amount she would have to CANCEL the Appointment. My husband had already had his Catheter 14 days. This was not away to approach a person who had just went through major surgery, because of cancer. Dr. B. Buzzeo is a very professional Doctor. Thank God he got all the cancer. Thank you, Dr. Buzzeo. The doc is pretty good. The staff is atrocious. Expect to feel like an item on an assembly line, have the staff to flat out refuse to confirm anything with the doctor, and to feel like you're in the midst of a religious sermon.

Dr Buzzeo is very thorough and has a good bedside manner with his patient and family.

Test results were never reviewed at all, lack of time spent with patient(felt rushed), no explanation of options and quick to schedule invasive surgeries. Left feeling taken advantage of, then the enormous bills started coming in for services that were not discussed, but ordered regardless. Left with no information, pushed to schedule surgery "today", and excessive bills.

Dr. Buzzeo removed my left kidney due to cancer it was done robotically an I was out of the hospital the next day. I had very little pain. He explained everything well and had a great attitude. I could not have asked for any better experience.
