In 2016, Dr duff implanted a tracking chip. Evidently the transmitter, that is connected to the chip, that causes pain and my head feels like it is going to explode. This transmitter is operate by guys, that cause me pain. The other guys there, know what the guy is doing to my head.and they allow him to do it anyway.

Dr. Duff is very personal, professional and takes the time to listen to you.

Office staff is HORRIBLE. Not everyone, but if you get Kathy or Amber on the phone, forget about it. I have left several messages on the line that says “leave a message, and a staff member will get back to you in 24 hours.” No return calls. Finally I got through to Kathy. Kathy seems to think her job is to make things worse for patients. She tells me they don’t take my insurance, they do. She says I can’t make an appointment until pre-authorization comes through, I can, and it’s recommended. Okay. She says I can’t make an appointment because of outstanding bill that’s been paid. Okay. After arguing with this nut to try to make an appointment, she’s run out of ways to stop me, so she says hold on a minute, and hangs up on me! Office staff for Dr. Duff’s audiologists is awful. Leave a message on the “calls will be returned within 24 hours” line and you will never get a call back. If you finally get through to Kathy the office manager, she will question everything, like it’s her job NOT to give you an appointment. She’s teamed up with the payments manager to give patients the run around. Previous experience at the DMV? I think so. Save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere.

Do not waste your time with this office. Dr. Duff is great and always has been. It is the staff that is horrible. They never return any phone calls for several messages that I have left. So bottom line find other office do not deal with this office staff.

Dr Duff changed my life with his honesty about my hearing loss. He gave me my hearing back with a cochlear implant. And then turned me over to Dr Sotis. I can never put into words what these two people have done for my quality of life. Dr Duff is a compassionate caring doctor who spent so much time and understanding to my situation. My operation went off with no problems. Now With the amazing patient and skill of Dr Sotis my audiologist I am a part of this world again. Can your eustachian tube be fixed, if it's not working properly?

Dr Duff is amazing! He’s very thorough and knowledgeable. We were referred to him by our pediatrician and are very content with the care our son has received by him. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Duff is beyond great and I had a wonderful experience. However, dealing with the staff and trying to make appointments to follow up or get back in is atrocious and appalling. I've never had this much difficulty getting through on the phone or trying to leave a direct message. I currently have a painful ear ache and can't breathe, but that doesn't seem to be an issue with the staff. Dr. Duff is beyond great and I had a wonderful experience. Our family has been using Dr Duff for around 23 years. He is the best. He preformed many surgeries on one of my sons. He is always plesant and caring.

Dr. Brian Duff is the best. I have been going to Dr. Duff for more than 10 years, I hope I never have to change. He is caring, takes the time to listen to your concerns, I have never been there where I felt rushed no matter how busy he is, everyone gets their time needed.

He couldn't do anything to help me, yet he ordered expensive tests. He then said I needed to make another appointment with his office with another doctor; thereby, charging for another office visit. I think I got the run around, and they were mostly interested in making the most money they could as quickly as possible. The office staff was rude, and made jokes about how long I could expect to be there. Unprofessional.
