I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Feagins. He is brilliant and thorough and he has compassion. I tell people he saved my life. I believe that. I wasn’t able to go to the bathroom after having died during a surgery and having total organ failure. Took me awhile to find Dr Feagins, but he went to work on me immediately. He wastes no time for serious matters. He has shown up at every hospital I’ve been in. He comes and checks me out and runs his own tests. Dr Feagins should be DOCTOR OF THE YEAR 2022 in Dallas. He goes far beyond what any other doctor would do because HE CARES. I respect, admire and trust Dr Feagins and his nurse Lisa. So if you’re undecided, check them out and you won’t be disappointed. The NICEST doctor. Made me feel very comfortable and safe before my surgery. The hospital staff had nothing but good things to say about him. He helped my kidney problem and I no longer have to go back to the doctor. Cannot say enough good things about him!

Always professional! Always caring! I love this place???? The compassion is top noch.

I got in and out of the office quickly and efficiently. Dr. Feagins took the time to really listen to me and understand what's going on.

Although what brought me to Dr. Feagins was very minor (a small kidney stone), I felt that he treated me as if it were a major concern. Communicates poorly and uses a one-size-fits-all approach, would not recommend

Deserves no stars. Went into see Dr. Feagins on a Monday at 9 am. He had to leave to go to the OR before I got to meet with him, which I understand stuff happens. I was told he would call me later that night. Never heard from him nor his staff. Called Tuesday and had to leave a voicemail, no response. i was very pleased with the overall visit, and would certainly recommend them to anyone that had health issues regarding Urology

I love Dr. Feagins. He is the first Urologist that has actually helped me. He listens and actually cares about his patients. The staff were friendly as well. I thought I was going to be in pain forever. If it wasn't for the help of Dr. Feagins and my PT I would be in bed with pain.

I came to Dr. Feagins at the beginning of the year for some ongoing flank pain and he was kind and proactive in ordering advanced imaging to determine the cause. He ended up performing a necessary procedure on me and did a careful and thorough job. The only issue I have with him is that while he is a brilliant doctor, he tends to rush through every appointment and minimize other concerns that might pop up related to your original complaint. He does Telehealth appointments that end up lasting less than 5 minutes for non-emergent test results which could have otherwise been released in the patient portal. This, of course, costs you a specialists co-pay. It may not be such a big deal for some. On 2 occasions I had valid concerns that I ended up being correct about, which he initially disregarded. It's unfortunate that he doesn't spend more time with his patients; perhaps he is regularly overbooked? His team doesn't communicate your future instructions well, and leaves you to make countless calls and voicemails to his nurse. I will probably move on to another urologist who is not as overloaded with patients. Absolutely adore Dr. Feagins. Honest and takes the time to explain to you. You’re not just a number to him. He gives you options before even suggesting any type of surgery. Nice staff as well, they make you feel comfortable before starting any test or procedure.

Dr Feagins has been great. His experience and expertise in providing diagnosis, providing the necessary information to understand options for care, and overall professional guidance has been excellent. He has taken the time to answer any/all my questions to date. He is a true professional. I have not been as impressed or pleased with the Admin office team experience however. One of the receptionists has been very courteous, but the other is quite the opposite. I also don't particularly care for paying for a service in advance before it has been provided. Probably the best doctor I’ve ever seen. Made me feel at ease. He listened to my issues, asked questions and problem solved. He makes personal connections with his patients and you can tell he genuinely likes what he does. He’s not about taking your money he’s about helping you get better.

Dr. Feagins is the best urologist I’ve ever had! He is extremely knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. He seems like he genuinely cares about his patients which is awesome. It’s never fun going to a urologist, but he makes things easier for you.

After a disappointing appointment with a different urologist earlier this year, I was guided to Dr. Feagins by an OB-GYN doctor. I very grateful. Dr. Feagins is an outstanding doctor. Not only are his educational and training credentials impeccable, but he knows how to talk to patients. I'm so impressed with his willingness to listen to my concerns and engage in dialogue about what to do about my medical problems. I'd recommend him without doubt. Excellent doctor. Outstanding physician.

He got the diagnosis correct but he repeatedly scared me into thinking that I needed immediate surgery and that I was at risk of death if I did not. I did not appreciate being told needed to go to the ER when I called in later that day with a question about my discomfort. Also, I asked his help with getting me into seeing a surgeon immediately. His response again was "go to the ER". I turned to my other doctors to get into a surgeon within a couple of days only to learn I had an inguinal hernia that put me in no danger or death or need of an ER and that I did need surgery but on my schedule.

I wish more doctors acted like they cared and were interested in your problems.
