Love this Dr. & his staff. Excellent patient care!!!

Until recently, I would have rated him a 4. Today, however, not even close! His office recently rescheduled my surgery three times for questionable reasons. The latest time was the last straw! He canceled because he wanted to attend his daughter's senior trip! Since COVID, he's had staff turnover, and the replacements are not very considerate of how dropping the ball affects the patient. So I am looking for a new podiatrist! I've seen this doctor for years. Shameful! Since the latest snafu, he never called to apologize for canceling my surgery so often and for such trite excuses. In that regard, he needs to improve communication. In addition, he needs to invest in customer service training from the front door to the backroom. I am diabetic and need professional toenail care. I have been going to Kille for years because he is convenient to where i live despite the fact he has the personality of a chair. Last week he cut me for the fourth time (you would think i would learn). My foot was hurting on the way home and when i took my shoe off there was blood everywhere, I went back and he acted like i had left his office, cut my own toe, and gone back. He has never apologized or admitted he made a mistake. He has cut me for the last time

Dr. Kille is an awesome doctor! I came in hurting & in pain & there was no hesitation with him finding the problem.

Very friendly staff and Dr Kille was very thorough and explained his exam and findings very clearly. So thankful I was able to see him quickly.

Dr kille addressed my issue on the first visit.

Two bone spurs on big toe. One really irritated and painful. He explained options- orthotics or surgery. I didn’t want to have to do orthotics (again) so opted for surgery. Outpatient/recovery has been great. Glad I did surgery! Most likely will have one spur removed on other foot in a few months. It’s limiting my (pain-free) mobility. And I’m not one to sit around - wanna stay fairly active.

I had the worst experience with them. I’ve had 3 consecutive appointments cancel by them. This morning my appointment was at 9, I received a call at 8:30 stating it had to be cancel again. Every call was either doctor not available or someone else works them have a issue.

Great at what he does, nice friendly atmosphere he has been my Doctor for a long time one of the best if I had to say.

I was very impressed with Dr. Kille and his staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Kille is the best. He provided me with very helpful advice. I felt good when I left his office. He helped me by providing info that my other doctor should have provided. He was patient and a good listener. He thoroughly examined me for my problem. I highly recommend him, if you need a good podiatrist.

Very pleased with my experience with doctor Kille and his staff. The surgery and recuperation was better than I expected. Doctor Kille is excellent surgeon and a really nice person. I would recommend him to anyone having problems with their feet.

He was easy to talk to. Dr. Kille told everything to you where you can understand what he is doing and how he going to fix you foot trouble. He will answer all your questions so that you will safe and not worried on what coming up next. He staff they are just as nice as they can be. They are soft spoken and smile when you come in. If you show up more 2 times most time they member your name. I would tell any one to see Dr. Kille if they are looking for a good foot doctor. He was easy to talk to. After going to a few other doctors and surgeons, I went to see Dr. Kellie. He was able to locate my foot problem and perform the surgery needed to fix it. The staff at the office were very caring.

Great folks here. They took the time to explain all of procedure and answer all questions that I had. Dr. Kille has performed a procedure that I have waited 60+ years to become available. I could not be happier with Dr. Kille and the success of the surgery. THANKS STAFF for making me so happy.

Dr. Kille is very professional and thorough; he also has a good "bedside manner". His staff is great and his office is very easy to find. My husband and I have been his patients for years and are very satisfied.

Dr. Kille will be my Dr. As long as he is in town. It was very easy to get in the office. The staff was friendly and accomidating. There are even days where I am in the lobby less than 5 minutes. Dr. Kille and his staff make everyone feel like they are a person and not just some number in the system. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kille for all your foot care needs.
