All patients need 15 minutes for their first visit not 3-5 minutes. He needs to talk to them and ask questions instead of looking at the chart and computer 90 percent of the time.

This doctor is a true God-send. When our mom was in dire need of psychiatric help, Dr. O and his extremely capable staff was there for us--literally within the hour. After close to ten years, he is still our mom's doctor (she's bi-polar), and her life (and ours) have changed 110%. At 86 years of age, our mom is living independently (with us next door), and functioning as a capable, loving grand and great-grandmom. I kid you not...this would not be the case had we not found Dr. O when we did...and had he and his staff not been the exemplary medical professionals that they are.
