Took time with me, listened to my concerns and helped fix a condition other doctors could not. He was thorough and thoughtful and explained things well. I am a registered nurse and am very particular about who I see. I was very impressed with Dr Santini.

Took my boy into this doctor for an unfamiliar skin issue that looked somewhat like psoriasis. The doctor came into the room, stayed at the door, never made eye contact, no exam, never stopped looking at his laptop, and upon hearing our reason for the visit, immediately suggested my boy had HIV. WHAT?! WHERE did that come from?! On what basis did you make this suggested diagnosis?! Never had he seen my boy before, and never will again. My boy had what turned out to be Seborrheic dermatitis on his face and scalp. A topical, over the counter vitamin-D cream clears it right up and keeps it away. HIV?! What the hell?!

Good doctor

This "doctor" is beyond horrible. He is condescending, insulting and does little to help. I am on disability and have severe insomnia. He told me, "Since you don't work you don't have to worry about not sleeping." This was the first and last time I went to him. Go to another doctor.

I am very happy to have found Dr. Santini. He has been courteous, kind, thoughtful and thorough. I feel that I am well cared for by this experienced and skillful physician. My thanks to Dr. Santini and his office staff.

Horrible doctor to say the least. I have severe insomnia, and haven't slept more than a few hours a night for months. He told me, "Since you're not working (I'm on disability), you don't have to worry about not sleeping).

stay away!! the man could care less about my health, only cared that he was the boss . complained for 15 minutes that he had to explain my heath care benefits. Then left the room never to return before scheduling any life saving appointments .

Dr. Santini may have a medical degree but he knows nothing about treating patients. He is unkind, cold, and focused on what to put in to his computer. He refused to acknowledge my legitimate issue. I walked out of his office embarrassed and humiliated. I will never come back. I am genuinely shocked by his behavior.

I have found Dr. Santini to be kind,considerate, and he listens to you. Sometimes the office staff can be a little aloof but overall I have no complaints as to the professionalism of service I get from Dr. Santini. I have been going to him as my primary local doctor for over 15 years and my specialists are at Cedar Sinai so I’m pretty picky as to my choice of doctors. This doctor is the worse Most disrespectful man I have ever seen in my life . His staff couldn’t make call back on a medication that is needed on daily basis . He blamed his not calling back on the fact that his job is so stressful and his patients are so rude basically said he needs to retire already . Unprofessional I will never step foot in his office again after today . Plus he doesn’t e en talk on his laptop the whole visit if there was option to pick no stars I? would awful man !

All he does is take notes on his computer and order tests. Worst Doctor I have ever had.

Don't go to this office if you want any results from labs. No follow what so ever. If you want your lab results you have to make an appointment. But then they tell you there are no results. The Dr. doesn't know you at all, nor does it seem he wants to. Try another practice.
