Dr. Bruce Thomas Hewett

Dr. Hewett is an amazing doctor he always listens to any concerns. He was recommended to my by the hospital and I couldn’t chose a better doctor for my 1 year old son he even makes my older son feel seen when we go in. I would recommend him to everyone!

He began treating my son as a newborn. He saved my sons life. At 6 weeks old my son had a bowel obstruction and he knew just by his scream that it was a life threatening issue. All the other dr said he had a stomach virus but Dr Hewett came in and took him upstairs for pictures and we immediately airlifted him to Children's hospital in Oakland for emergency surgery which saved his life. My son is 19 now and doing amazing. He was his pediatrician for about 6 years before we left the country for military service.

Myself and my two brothers switched to Dr. Hewett after moving to Vacaville and he is great. He is always there when we need him. He's the best!

Great doctor, my kid is normally scared when going to the doctor's, it was our first time with Dr. Hewett. Let me just say he gave him 2 shots, and he wants to go back to him because he is funny and made him feel calm. Such a great doctor!

I absolutely love this doctor. I had a baby 3 months ago and he threw up a lot and it was scary for me. But Dr. Hewitt did everything to ensure he was ok and healthy and made me comfortable. Then I had some insurance issues and my son wasn’t assigned to him anymore. ???? but I got everything fixed and he is now my son’s permanent pediatric doctor! And we are blessed to have him and his expertise to help guide us threw this amazing journey of our baby’s life. I absolutely love this doctor. Absolutely amazing Dr! He came recommended by hospital staff when I gave birth to my twins 4 1/2 years ago. He has been terrific with all my children & I would recommend him time & time again! We love Dr Hewett!

True Professionalism with Dr. Hewett all the time. He knows my kids by first name and remembers many details about the family so it’s nice to see him when we do.

Very attentive, funny, listens to parents and reasons as well as explains things to kids so well. Absolutely a delight to talk to and address concerns.

I highly recommend Dr. Hewett. He is kind, never makes us feel rushed or judged for our parenting choices, listens and addresses all of our concerns, and always gives great advice. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I've called and left messages for him several times when I have a question and he always gets back to me in a timely manner and answers my question thoroughly on my answering machine if I don't answer. 10/10 I highly recommend Dr. Hewett.
