Dr. Donna Lynne Scolaro

We have been going there for years. Personally, we gave never had any problems with Dr. S. or any of her staff. We've always gotten good service.

Unpleasant experiences to say the least / horrible customer service. Front desk was Inattentive to the point that customers who came in after me were helped before me. I asked for help and was told by Nellie that I’d just have to go through what they had in the way of frames. I personally don’t wear glasses; my child does. Unaware of what frames would be suitable it was the most frustrating experience to be offered no help. After approx. 40 min, Dr Scolaro came from the back to help and at that very moment Nellie decided to perk herself up offering her assistance when she had left me there for 40 minutes offering no help at all; clearly only working when her boss is watching. When picking up I had a query regarding the lack of quality with the frames, Nellie was disgustingly rude and abrasive stating that if you're displeased “you don’t have to come back”. With as badly as I felt treated I never reacted to their rude behaviors. Dr. Scolaro personally came across unfriendly, short tempered and irritable and impatient to the point that it’s completely uncomfortable to be in her presence. The team there are kind and friendly, and very knowledgeable. Optometrist Scolaro was very helpful and I walked out feeling confident in coming back for my next exam and to order frames. Would recommend especially for those in the VSP network.

I've been going to Dr. Scolaro for 21 years, and I am always happy with the service. Dr. Scolaro is knowledgeable and either remembers my case or reviews her notes before seeing me, which I really appreciate. Nice selection of frames, good advice about contacts, and friendly staff.

NOT kid friendly. I honestly can't believe how rude she was to me and my daughter. I do not recommend going here, I regret giving her my money and my business for years.

My experience with the optometrist during my appointment as a new patient left me not choosing to come back.

She made me feel rushed and did not feel comfortable. Man at the front desk was also rude. Wont be coming back

I legit called 7 times , and no answer. My glasses were ordered in October , it’s now January. I haven’t gotten an update since December stating they haven’t been finished yet. Mind you , I’m really going blind from one eye.

Doctor Donna was not friendly at all. She was rude and short and did not seem to care. Her energy was not pleasant and I felt rushed. However, I was 10 minutes late to my appointment.

I bring my daughter here they are always super friendly with us. They make her appointments fun and kid friendly. she always feels super comfortable with everyone. Help her with glasses and all her choices ????

I went to see Dr. Scolari...Staff was extremely nice, kept me up on the time she would be available. That really helps you...not to think bad of the company. Very professional at all times. Everything was explained to me to my satisfaction. This is the place to go. I made another appt...and staff let me know what to wear(mask)..call when I get to the door. They deserve 10☆. I came to the door minutes before they closed and Nellie fixed my glasses up super fast. She put in a new screw, filed the ends so it wouldn't scratch me, *and* she cleaned my lens. Always a great experience here, whether for an eye appointment, choosing new frames, or something small like replacing a screw (:
