I have a cleaning about a year ago after the dentist did a post on one of my back tooth, after the cleaning procedure the secretary told me that I have to pay almost $200 for the cleaning service because I don't have balance in my insurance card, I just walk out very disappointed because they call me every six months for my cleaning and I believe that this is to much and I do t think I have to pay for this because they suppose to check if I have balance or not before they called me to make an appointment or at least told me before the cleaning procedure. Now they send me to collections office with isn't nice at all . Very disappointed.
