I hate this old lady who answers calls and makes the appointment., Her hearing is weak and impatient, and her replies are always bad and cold on every call.

I tried to make an appointment in June, my insurance didn’t require referrals so I told them about my family history and why I wanted to see an endocrinologist. My sister has thyroid issues and my mom had thyroid cancer. They told me I couldn’t be seen as they had to check with my PCP first, this was fine but I wanted to make the appointment regardless. The appointment was September 29th. I saw Dr. Ariza and mentioned the issues I was having. He did blood work which he stated all came back normal. I was sent home with Dexamethasone 1mg to take the 1 pill overnight and go back the next day for more blood work. The normal range that shows up on Quest is 180-550 and my results show 747. I will be seeing a new endocrinologist come the new year as from the beginning this office was impossible from the beginning to deal with, now I am worried that they are not giving correct information. Dr. Ariza is very easy to talk to. Makes you feel comfortable and will take as much time as necessary to answer any questions.

I called to make an appt and my insurance doesn’t require referrals, I explained my mom had thyroid cancer and I feel like my hormones may not be right and I would like to make an appt. The woman who manages the office said “the dr reviews medical history and then decides if you would be a good patient”. I just want to make an appt to talk to the dr to see if they can help me. The woman then said “we don’t make appts without medical history, so scheduling is not an option”. I offered to pay for an office visit up front and she said these drs won’t see patients unless they have a medical history, they determine if you would be a good fit. Basically I heard “will you be giving us a lot of money” Pretty sad that’s how this team practices. Not wanting to help people just money.

This is the worse medical facility I've ever been a part off and today I finally had enough. They are unprofessional in every way. Having an allergic reaction and no one calls back after numerous calls and messages. Finally talk to someone to give me an appointment a week afterwards, mind you I am having an allergic reaction and I can't be without my thyroid medication, I come for my appointment just to be send home because the doctor went home sick. Mind you I am still having and allergy reaction and there was no one else there to see me nor prescribe me something else. I am in disbelief and discuss with such practice and here they are telling me to go to the emergency room since all the other doctors are too busy. Is not the first time this has happened. No one ever calls you back. The purpose of this review is to warn individuals. Our health is our number one priority but obviously they don't feel the same here at circle health. Unbelievable! Dr. Ariza is the best doctor I have ever met. I am the caregiver for my elderly mother and he values me and my opinion and my role. He always has time for my questions and to just be a caring listener. He truly treats patients as human beings first and as just their medical situations second. And treats me, the caregiver, with the utmost respect. He is truly kind, compassionate, and caring. Qualities that I sadly find are lacking in the medical profession these days.
