Dr. Mikesh and her team are welcoming and super nice. They talked me through everything and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Dr. Mikesh is very thorough, and also very kind and caring. She makes me feel very comfortable during my visits. She listens to my concerns, and explains things very thoroughly.

I was really impressed with Dr Mikesh! She gave me the best skin check I’ve ever had, but most of all she and her staff made me feel so comfortable. I was a new patient on Medicare. She was on time for our appointments. I recommend her and her staff.

She said, “if I was her daughter she wouldn’t be concerned.” I went back a year later and said I wanted it removed no matter what she thought because it was not pretty. She said it was benign, but she’d remove it. Turns out, it was melanoma. Now I have either stage IIIc or IV advanced melanoma. I have been seeing Dr. Mikesh for years, and she is by far the best dermatologist in Naples. She is thorough, cautious, and is a kind person. Her staff is very competent and friendly as well. She is the only dermatologist I trust, she doesn't just carve you up to increase her bill.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mikesh’s for many years and was surprised today to see staff w/o masks. I was asked if I wanted the Dr. to wear a mask when she saw me. I said yes and yet when I saw the Dr., she did not wear a mask. I asked her about that. She said that she felt it wasn’t necessary if a person was asymptomatic. And that was that. My exam continued without regard to my request. Wow. Just ignored. Hoping now that I don’t get sick... Ugh.

Our family has been with Dr. Caren Mikesh since moving to Naples, 12 years ago. She was an extremely lucky Google find, and took over my son and daughter's care. I started going to her for this and that, and so did my partner. Dr. Mikesh found and removed a sizable skin cancer from my partner's leg that no other derm doc had caught in annual checks. Recently I brought her a strange case of a swollen arm node, which was actually outside her area. But she said she would look into it, and did she! She called me after hours, on Friday, with a full report and recommendations. This doc is outstanding. Our own Doctor House! Additionally, she is confidential, the sweetest and kindest (not that that should matter, but it does) and her schedule runs efficiently. Her staff is prompt and good. No good...got there early and filled out paperwork, plenty of time ahead of scheduled appointment...30 minutes...still no doctor...though folks arriving after me, seemed to walk right in...why make an appointment if you cannot keep it..

I have gone to Dr Mikesh for several years for acne, rosacea, psoriasis, spots, etc. She is very caring and is always determined to figure out what the resolution is to the problem!

I have been a patient of Dr Mikesh for about 15 years and during that time I have needed to have many growths removed from my face. Unfortunately, I spent my summers at swimming pools during my younger years and suffered lots of skin damage. Dr Mikesh has done an excellent job with each surgery as well as providing exceptionally thorough screenings. Over the years I have gone to many dermatologists and I feel Dr Mikesh is the best! I called to schedule appointments for my husband and myself. They refused to take new patients who are on Medicare. I find this shameful!
