First, his staff is professional and caring. I went to allergist in Virginia And then locally for 30 years and never got relief. Dr El Nakeeb healed me in months. I am so thankful!!

I only have praise for Dr. Al Nakeeb and his staff. They are very personable and efficient! This is one appointment that I never dread!

The office of Dr. Al-Nakeeb is all around an amazing office. The staff are kind, caring, positive, and helpful. Dr. Al-Nakeeb himself is just a wonderful doctor. You can tell he cares about his patients. I was nervous about some results I was about to receive and he made the appointment very trusting and informative.

You can’t reach a person when you call this office, you can only leave a message and they don't return calls in a timely manner. Dr. Al-Naeeb ordered a CT scan for me in January and I heard nothing from him about the results so I assumed it was fine as I had them before with no issues. When I came in for my follow-up appt 3 months later, he didn't even talk to me. His nurse practitioner reviewed the results with me and said that I had a nodule that had grown in size so they wanted to do a Pet Scan for cancer. First, why did they wait 3 months to inform me of this, and second, why did the doctor not see me himself? I should have been informed that my appointment was going to be with a nurse practitioner rather than the doctor. After leaving the office and getting more info about what a Pet Scan is, I wanted to speak to the doctor before having it done. I called his office and left 3 messages in 4 days and didn't get a return call until after I left an angry message. I was

I would have liked for my father to have had a visit, but the office wouldn't make an appointment, even though it was referred by his doctor. My dad had blood in his sputum, and even two calls to the office never got us a call back. The second time I was told it had to be approved. Huh? Thankfully the blood resolved on its own, but the doctor needs to know his staff are incompetent.

Dr Al Nakeeb is a great Dr. His office staff however never returns calls when you leave messages, which is very disappointing. They definitely lack Customer/patient care.

Been a patient of Dr. Al-Nakeeb for over 3 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He explains your condition, and offers recommendations for better health benefits. Perfect 'bedside' manner!

I HAVE WRITTEN A NEGATIVE REVIEW ABOUT MY FIRST VISIT TO DR NAKEEB OVER A YEAR AGO. THE COMPLAINT WAS DIRECTED AT THE STAFF AND NOT THE DOCTOR. I WAS 20 MINUTES LATE FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT AND THE NURSE REFUSED TO SEE ME. SINCE THEN, AFTER THE DOCTOR MOVED AND A DIFFERENT STAFF WAS PRESENTED, I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT EXCELLENT SERVICE. I was admitted to the hospital through the emergency and was so scared because I have COPD and was coughing up blood. The hospital assigned my case to Dr. Al-Nakeeb. Within an hour he had ordered blood work, a Chest x-ray and a CT scan. A hospitalist told me the results of the studies, but it wasn't until I met Dr. Al-Nakeeb that I fully understood the reports. He asked several questions and then fully explained what had appeared on the CT scan. I felt so much better after talking to him

Dr. Al-Nakeeb is one of the finest doctors I have ever had the pleasure of using in any category. He is friendly, positive, up on current trends, and very willing to listen to new ideas and issues. He has a solid knowledge of both pulmonary and sleep related issues. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Al-Nakeeb!

Dr. Al-Nakeeb saved my father-in-law's life 3 years ago. He is an excellent Dr. Very compassionate, knowledgeable, and always talked to the family - even if it was at 2am. He treated my father-in-law in the ICU at Lehigh Regional and made himself available to us at all hours of the day. We are extremely grateful to have found Dr. Al-Nakeeb!

I the daughter of my 85 year old father has seem how Dr Al-Nakeeb the Pulmonologist was compassionate and caring with great concern for my father. His Nurse Lisa also shows the same quality of concerns.
