Be ready to wait for hours! My husband sees this doctor (I don’t know why) and every time he’s there for over two hours! He’s there today since 11:40. It’s 1:20 and the dr barely walked in the room! He was sitting in that room for over an hour! I can understand waiting for 5-15 minutes to be called in and the another 10-15 to be seen, but almost two hours every time! That’s ridiculous! That is not a way to run your practice. Same with my grandmother and mother in law. My grandmother has since passed, but the times she would see him she had to be in pain for hours until she was seen. I will also add that he DOES overlook a lot. He tells my husband the same thing every time he goes… it’s allergies… when my husband has back pain. He doesn’t do a thorough check unless you ask repeatedly! Be ready to wait for hours! Don’t waste your time with Munoz. He’s very old fashion and over looks everything!

After reading some of the reviews I was skeptical about choosing this Doctor I had an appointment this morning It was not a very long wait he's very polite he listened to me he gave me referral to specialists he addressed all my concern not come into the room greet me and pretend to be concerned like most Doctors with with a 15 minute office visit the staff were awsome I've never given any Doctor 5 stars this Doctor would get 10 stars if that was an option

Dr. Munoz gives you all the time you need. So, if you have to wait, it's worth it!

Dr Munoz was so sweet and caring he also asked you many questions and answered each one and was so caring I recommend him anytime! His staff was also so sweet great customer service.

Greatest Doctor ever. He saved my life.

I wish I could keep Dr. Munoz as my physician but his front desk staff makes it impossible to do so. I had to go without my blood pressure medicine and getting a refill or an appt to see Dr Munoz was impossible. They won’t return phone calls, wait times are awful, and I’ve had to find another provider.

Dr munoz is awesome,Caring,professional and takes his time. He listens to you and does not make you feel rushed.he truly cares about his patients and the front desk ladies have wonderful customer service!!

I absolutely love Dr. Munoz. He is so caring and understanding. He sits with you and listens to everything you have to say. I can't express enough how great of a Dr. he is. I tell all my family and friends about him.

I want to be clear Dr.munoz is a fantastic doctor. His staff however are just awful. Rude, cold, angry. No bedside manor No customer service. Called because I had an issue with the billing & when I tried to explain to Veronica. I was quickly cut off. And placed on hold. My visits are 99% spent waiting for the doctor. 1hr &20minsbefore I saw Dr.munoz who again is phenomenal but his staff of angry miserable people make me think suffering with my sickness would be a better alternative.

I've been going to Dr. Munoz for nearly 20 and drive a long distance to see him, but he's worth it. He's always been very kind, listens well and doesn't rush through his appointments. I trust him emphatically and am blessed to have found him! His staff is incredible: friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. My only complaint are long wait times from time to time.
