All the people working here are asinine. Especially Motaz's crew.

This is the worst PCP practice I've ever been to. The front desk staff are rude and completely unprofessional. They are always talking loud and gossiping amongst themselves while ignoring patients walking in. They should be careful as to what they say when speaking Spanish as they don't know who can understand them. They never answer their phones. When they finally do answer they always place you on long hold times before disconnecting you. Every time I've called I had to call at least 5 times before someone would actually answer and every single time I was immediately put on hold. I've never been treated so badly as I was by the woman in the lab. The nurse told me to wait by her door and when I did it took her almost 5 minutes to even acknowledge me before she snapped at me to go sit down. She made me feel very uncomfortable with her extremely bad attitude and rudeness during my entire blood draw. She seemed overwhelmed with her job and took it out on me. They never call you back with lab work results. Yesterday during my appointment the nurse asked me to tell her what I needed to be seen for. Before I could even finish one sentence she cut me off and rudely said "tell it to the doctor when he comes in". Why ask me to tell you why I'm there if you don't want to hear it? Both her and Dr. Mo rushed me through my appointment so quickly. They both spent less than 2 minutes with me and neither listened to anything I said. They were both in a big hurry and seemed stressed out but they should learn how to be professional and not show it or take it out on their patients. The entire staff seem to all share the same bad attitude including the doctors. They could all stand to take a class on customer service. I refuse to ever continue going to a practice that employs these type of people who treat their patients so horribly. I found a new PCP and would never recommend this practice to anyone. The worst PCP office I've ever been to. Incredibly rude staff with bad attitudes. Extremely difficult to schedule an appointment. They never answer their phone. Long wait times. They never call you back for anything. Appointments are rushed. Awful doctor, even worse staff!

I would highly recommend Dr. Mefford. My prior PCP was Dr. Denise Guiffrida who was excellent but took a well deserved retirement. I have not been disappoointed with changing PCP's. It worked out great - Dr. Mefford is closer regarding driving distance and provides seminars to the community I now live in. I would highly recommend his practice. Dr. Mefford is knowlegable, kind, caring and really hears his patients. A great diagnostician too! One of the best physicians I have ever had.

Terrible experience system not verified on their end and told me something different. Also, receptionist speaking in Spanish and using wrong vocabulary they should watch what they are saying since they don’t know who understand what they are saying. Worst doctor visit I ever had.

I have a Medicare Advantage Plan and normally see the nurse practitioners there. Perfectly happy with the arrangement. I have been with them for over 3 years.

My daughter, an E.R. nurse, introduced us to Dr. Mefford to me years ago. She was impressed with his patient care and work ethic. She was right, so am I.

Dr. Mefford and his staff truly care for each patient. Dr. Mefford's medical knowledge and experience are second to none. Coupled with the friendliness and warmth of a comfortable family-oriented office environment, there is no reason to go anywhere else. Dr. Mefford and his staff are simply the best.

My wife and I have found Dr Mefford to be very patient-focused. As PCP he gives us as much time and we need, is thorough in his work, clearly explains his findings and recommendations and is available whenever we need him! The best PCP we have had in our lifetime!

I have never in my life received such great healthcare! I absolutely LOVE this office!! I won’t lie, just about every time I go for an appointment, I’ve had to be prepared to wait past my own appointment time due to their statement and sign on the door saying, “Please forgive and delays as we are devoted to giving each patient the best of care”. So honestly, I’m not complaining one bit due to having found such wonderful doctors! Once you’re in the room with the doctor you’ll totally understand! You will never just be told told I’m not one of Dr. Mefford’s VIP patients, so I don’t have the awesome features it gives such as having the ability to call or text Dr. Mefford at any time necessary. I think it’s like a $500 cost to become a VIP patient, I know a lot of people opt for this due to him being an amazing doctor! Also, I’m not able to see him during appointments because of that, but if either nurse practitioners are unsure of the correct plan of treatment, they will in fact go directly to him and talk about what to do. I see the nurse practitioner name Dr. Elizabeth Prather. She’s my most favorite doctor I’ve ever had in my life. She’s soooo knowledgably about absolutely everything I’ve gone in the office for. And I even have 2 very rare nerve diseases and most doctors besides very knowledgeable specialists, most have never even hear of the diseases and therefore have no idea to treat it. Dr. Liz will make you feel like the doctor you’re seeing is like you mum in the way she truly cares about everything little thing you want to cover in an appointment. She truly cares about your health. I absolutely HATE going to doctor appointments, but this lady makes me feel right at home and at ease when she comes into the room I’ve also seen the other nurse practitioner, Dr. Melissa Rubio. She’s a lot younger than Dr. Liz, but she is also very very knowledgeable in how to treat whatever it is you’re going in for. She is also very, very sweet and makes you feel comfortable being there with her. She’s very empathetic. I’ve used this office for many years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. So, if you’re looking for good place to go, whether you’ve lived here for awhile or are new to the area and on the search, I highly recommend this office. Most all insurances are accepted too. The office manager is useless and rude. As an office manager, I expected her to be professional and understanding. But she was really rude and also demanding.

My husband and I have gone to Doctor Mefford for years. We always feel he really listens to us and doesn’t rush us. He was truly understanding anda available when I needed him during a recent hospitalization. His staff is almost like family to us.

Dr. Mefford is pleasant and easy going, answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in his care. Very thankful he was recommended to me. His staff was also very pleasant and courteous. I am very glad to have met a PCP near my home who has a lot of experience and just a genuinely nice person/physician.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Mefford's team for 2 years. There is usually a little bit of a wait, but no more than any other MD I have seen. The nurses are very nice and the nurse practitioners are wonderful! They spend as much time with us as we need. The phlebotomist has a less than friendly personality- but she hits the vein without difficulty on the first time every time. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a good PCP.

Had to get a return to work form filled out, but was treated like a third world citizen instead. Was never reexamined, and the nurse thrusted the papers in my face telling me Here are your stupid forms. Was belittled for a simple form. Changed my PCP and suggest people do the same. The staff is very unprofessional and rude.
