Met and saw Dr Leonora for first time recently. She seems knowledgeable about cardiology and I trust that. Her office staff are efficient and friendly which is a huge plus as l needed reassurance. My only complaint is that the physician’s personal manner was somewhat “neutral” in warmth, although I did feel that her advise and knowledge base seemed quite good and I trust it. Perhaps her personal demeanor will grow on me as we get to know each other. I hope so.

Doctor is rude, condescending,and dismissive. Does not explain test results. Does not acknowledge patients concerns.

I would not recommend this rude doctor to anyone. Her bedside manner leaves much to be desired. Not helpful at all. Made me feel ridiculous regarding my concerns. So disappointed Kaiser hires and continues to employ doctors who come off as unkind and uncaring.

Would not recommend to anyone. She lacks compassion and concern for patients. Was not satisfied with her service. Very disappointed Kaiser hires and continues to employ such rude uncaring doctors.

Very poor professional conduct! Would not recommend to anyone!

I am writing this experience so that no one else has to go through the rudeness, the lack of concern, lack of common courtesy, extended to me this morning by Dr LEONORA MD, She walked in with a frown on her face and asked “what are you here for.” That took me back somewhat and I started to tell her. She interrupted I can’t hear you. I raised my voice some and again she interrupted I can’t hear you. When we got through the hearing problem. She asked what I was there for again. I stumbled through an answer. She looked at the chart and said I don’t think there is anything wrong with you. I could give you a pill that would level your heart beat. I said if there is nothing wrong with me why take a pill. “You don’t want to take a pill?” I said no what is the use? I would not recommend her. I am surprised that Kaiser hired her.
