Unethical provider. Does whatever it takes, underhandly and lies to the insurances to get paid. Dr. Mohideen does not care about her patients, just the money she can get from them.

I have been blessed to have Dr Mohideen as my children’s doctor. Ever since my daughter was born October 2005. My older boys were seen by her and now my granddaughter. Every time I have the opportunity I recommend her. She takes the time with each of her patients. Also the doctors that work with her, we receive the same treatment. Dr Mohideen is an awesome doctor. I love this Dr.!!! She has been seeing my kids for 15 years now (since the were born) and she is just awesome!!! I have moved out of Fontana twice and I still will drive from wherever I live no matter how far the drive just to bring my kids to come see her! She is the best!!!

Dr. Mohideen is a really good doctor. Very patient and caring, she listens to all your concerns you have about your child... Huge different from my daughter's previous pediatrician. I feel very comfortable taking my children with her. I highly recommend this pediatrician, No doubt about it.

Had an appointment for Monday the 20th at 6pm. Showed up 10 minutes early for them to be closed. Whats the point of having extended hours and setting up appointments after 5pm if its closed. Ill take my money somewhere else thats open. Good luck with this joke of a place.

Dr. Mohideen is professional and experienced but I have only been attended by her once in the year my child has been there. Other times is the PA WHO ALWAYS seems to be in a rush. She doesn't look at the chart and after noting my child is developmentally behind was SURPRISED when we said she was born 2 months premature (this is at her 1 yr physical and after we have been seen her many times). The staff is incompetent and rude. They scheduled a 4 mo physical months in advance then called me a few days before the appointment to cancel it saying she wasn't 4 mo yet. Later I called for lab results (3 weeks after the lab) and they said they hadn't recieved results and would call the lab but couldn't call me till the next day. I called the lab myself, got the results and had them fax the results to the Dr Called the Dr back and they said they received it but they couldn't tell what they were until the Dr saw them and she was gone for the day (and refused to say when she would come in the next day). They then called 15min later with the results. After a year or trying to make it work I'm changing pediatrician. UPDATE This office called me YESTERDAY to schedule an appointment. For the UPLAND office: She’s very professional but also at your level as a patient. She doesn’t rush you and listens to what you have to say. She is proactive and we had a breathing treatment right there in office. Service was quick and the girls at the front and assistants were all very nice. Dr. Mohideen is the best, she was my Dr when I was a teenager & now she's my son's Dr. after trying 3 different pediatricians, this one was the best! Very clean facility & never a long wait. When my son was sick they took him in the same day and did a breathing treatment in office. Such a caring Dr. that listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I was even able to talk to her after hours over the phone when I had concerns about my son. Most of the staff member's are nice & friendly. I have already recommended her to my friend's & family. Dr.Mohideen has been our pediatrician for the past 5 yrs. 4 of our 5 children were under her care. Excellent front desk and Excellent care of our babies. Easy to get a last minute appointment. I’ve never felt rushed. All my questions plus some are answered. My sister in law now takes her newborn to Dr. Mohideen and raves as well. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat.

Love their service. All staff are friendly and polite. Dr. Mohideen has been my kids pediatrician for about 7 yrs now. SHE IS JUST SIMPLY AWESOME!

I've scheduled an appointment for 3/7/17 weeks before the date only to find out that my appointment was postponed to 3/10. I was not notified until I decided to call the office the day before. The receiptionist did not give any reason for the change nor bothered to escalate toward resolution. Since the doctor doesn't seem to consider patients' scheduling arrangements, I find no reason to seek services from her. There's plently of other well-reviewed practitioners in the area.

Wait time isn't long at all... Never had a problem with staff.. Asked about seeing a specialist for my baby cuz baby has had so many ear infections an they didn't want to send me. They never called to get my son's labs now where he got his lab done it's missing.
