Really don't know why I have them as my primary doctor, called them because I tested positive for Covid-19 literally had me waiting about 2 hours on the phone and when I finally got to speak with someone they were so rude and they wanted me to schedule an appointment for about next month.

I She is the worst doctor I have seen in my life, she does not listen, not my interest, you tell her that an operation is inflamed and hurting and she ignores it, she only tells you to take anti-inflammatory, she does not check or review you, nor does she take the time to send you for an exam to see what was the problem

Over the years, this place has only gotten worse. Additionally, you are more often than not, having to wait hours to be called into the back for vitals prior to placement in a room. It'll often be that there is a significant amount of wait time between the vitals and a room as well. This clinic rotates doctors all the time, you will not find the same Dr. the same day a week later if you return. Despite the charts filled with Dr. notes from a previous visit of the patient, doctors cannot seem to agree with each other and each other's diagnosis. I was diagnosed by one Dr. one day, got medication to treat it and it really helped me. Then at my follow up, the Dr. who saw me spoke to me as if I was crazy for having believed the previous Dr. on any given "condition", and then they told me that nothing was wrong with me, that I'm completely fine. Then I went back to having issues due to lack of medication. Doctors lack communication and tend to speak to clients as if they've got better things to do. Also, since they've divided the family practice from the general clinic, they like to completely separate themselves from one another. If your regular Dr. tells you that the family practice can simply read you your blood work results when you go in with them, say for a pap... They won't. This is a run down clinic trying so hard to look nice, but their location and clientele are not necessarily of the brightest or mannered of crowds. So if you're trying to look for a new clinic, skip this one. Over the years, this place has only gotten worse.
