Would NOT recommend. Made me feel more triggered within 10 minutes during the appointment. She belittled my experiences and my current behaviors I’m trying to fix and attributed them to external factors. She is extremely unprofessional. If you’d like a therapist who doesn’t care about what you have to say and isn’t trauma informed and doesn’t know/understand basic CBT techniques, this is the person for you.

I don't believe that the treatment I received was given professionally. There was a limited amount of helpful information given, and after 2 visits, there seemed to be no treatment plan. This person may be encouraging and supportive to some, but was not so with me.
