Dr. Suzanne Daly

Dr. Daly has performed endoscopy/colonoscopy on me twice in the past few years. There has never been any complications. She is a great listener.

The Dr. is fine but her office staff and the Bisbee Hospital are beyond terrible in their ability to communicate regarding billing and explaining procedures. I do not recommend this practice to anyone. Go to Tucson!

I've been seeing Dr. Daly for about 1 1/2 years and wouldn't go to anyone else. She is exceptional in her treatment. I've had many Endoscopy's and Colonoscopy's over the years and hers has been the best. She's willing to try different approaches...whatever helps you is her goal.

Very personable doctor with good manners and well recommended. However, front office staff borders on inept to a fault. Calls to her office are often forwarded to voice mail without any greeting message. Left a message about where to forward my blood work—no response at all. Left message to make follow-up appointment—no response at all. Upon finally reaching staff to make the follow-up appointment (the one nobody returned), I am told, in what could be construed to be a flip manner, that I already have an appointment (news to me). This appointment was made without my knowledge or consent regarding the time and date. This is unacceptable. I hear nothing but great things about Dr. Daly, then get treated with what is essentially negligence vis-a-vis any modicum of standard protocol. What is one to think ultimately about the quality of Dr. Daly's care? With all due respect Dr. Daly, I hope you are listening because you have a problem.

Perfect bedside manners, speaks layman terms and an awesome person.

I had my first colonoscopy in my 60s(!) with Dr. Daly. She and her staff were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The whole procedure and the prep were much easier than everyone had told me. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Daly's practice.

Called several times to make an appointment, no answer. Called and left a message on answering machine, no call back. Newspaper said she is moving practice to Bisbee. Time to find a new doctor

Hard to get in to see here but she has excellent staff and 2 PA's. Dr Daly is a great GI Dr

I have undergone two procedures at Dr. Daly's. Both times my experience with the nurse, anesthesiologists, and Dr. Daly have been outstanding. They were professional, caring, and efficient. I have high expectations and normally don't like to make recommendations, but in this case would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Daly and her medical staff to anyone requiring the services of a gastroenterologist. The doctor, nurse, and anesthesiologist were just top notch.

Very kind, knowledgeable, and professional.

Not many gastroenterologists in Sierra Vista, so scheduling can get tough, but Dr. Daly's office was very accommodating. After colonoscopy, she provided pictures and told me I needed to consider another procedure to take care of another problem. Further, she coordinated with a different surgeon to give me some ideas for my options. In all ways she, her staff and the hospital staff were very professional, clear, articulate, and caring. I'll go back to her any time.

I went and saw Dr. Daley for a Colonoscopy and she found pre cancerous and removed them and saved my life. I told her she had to prove it to me with pictures as she did. Thank you. She cares about all her patients and is an excellent Dr.

Had a colonoscopy & upper endoscopy done. Dr. Daly was very professional & explained the procedure to me, what she would do & what to expect. Talked to me after procedure & explained everything she had done. Very happy with Dr. Daly.

Interactions with the doctor brief and rushed. Incorrect diagnosis almost resulted in dangerous, unnecessary surgery.

After my initial visit, where the receptionist announced to the whole floor why I was there I, was not impressed with the staff in general. I Never got to meet the doctor. Then today I had to call to reschedule a procedure I have been waiting since April for. They asked me why and I said I did not need to give them a reason, I just needed to reschedule. I was then told the next open opening wasn't until October. Won't be going back, ever.

Dr. Daly is an outstanding professional GI doctor, including her entire staff. I will recommend her to all my family members and friends.
