Dr O”Connor was very nice., professional. I did not feel rushed, addressed all my concerns.

The excellent care, the thoroughness with which Dr. O’Connor goes over my concerns all make me grateful to be her Patient. She was highly recommended to me for these reasons. Mrs. Nancy Allen

This was my first visit with Dr. O’Connor whom I found to be pleasant, professional, concerned and attentive. Her assistant, Erika, the phlebotomist, Helen, and the office staff were equally welcoming and professional. I am very comfortable with my decision to engage with this practice.

I was very disappointed in my visit with Dr Oconnor. This was the first time I had met with her and it was not a pleasant one. I felt like a clock was ticking and I was basically dismissed as she walked out the door without addressing all my concerns. I explained my reactions to OTC Advil and Motrin. No alternative to this was offered. Asked if Tylenol would be ok since I do not have reactions to that Response was “no” take nothing and walked out the door. I will be looking for another PCP This office is very unorganized and the loud conversations taking place between the PCP and PAs while trying to check in is not acceptable. Folks yelling over each other. Over all horrible experience. Let me add the office manager responded to this post and provided an email address for me to provide a contact number for a follow up call. That was 2 weeks ago. Still no call even after a follow up email.

Dr. O'Connor has a very kind , gentle way. So happy I switched. Nurse and clerical staff is efficient. Waiting room could use a do over

On time, and caring.

Dr. O’Connor is very thorough and takes good care of me.

I have been a patient at the office for 3 years. I tried to make an appointment for my annual physical, but the receptionist stated that before I can come in for a physical, Dr O'Connor requires an office visit first, and then I could come back for a physical. I said we can cover both during my physical, and was told that Dr O'Connor does not do that. I have excellent "No Cost" insurance, but I felt like this was a "shake down" to get more money from me/my insurance. All she cares about is money and not patients. I will not be going to her. Especially when she already has a low rating. The previous DR at the office was wonderful and cared for his patients. Unfortunately he sold his practice - probably was tricked with empty promises from Trinity Health and they moved him out in to some other medical facility, what a shame.

NOT recommended. Physical exam did not include actual physical contact except for a BP test; a completed health questionnaire was ignored. Did not respond to a request for a signature on routine paperwork for more than a week despite 2 voicemails and a telephone followup. Office seems disorganized.

Run for your life, literally. This place is awful and nurse Alina is a joke.

Wonderful diagnostician....... very through. Does not give up until she finds cause of illness.

I found my experience to be very pleasant. The office staff and doctor were very professional. I did not feel rushed. Dr O’Connor called me with my blood results and explained she would do that either way.

First appointment with Dr O’Connor. I did have to wait a couple of months to get it but so far so good. She is very sweet and takes time to get to know you a bit. Even knew of a random thing I have which many other Docs/ NPs have not heard of. Follow up is in 3 months, hope it goes well too!

Great doctor. Warm and epathetic seems to really take the time to understand you holistically.

A family member patient referred me to Dr. O'Connor. Her staff said even with this referral she was not taking new patients and suggested I go to the emergency room. I expect a bit more empathy from a physician. If they are not accepting new patients (even relatives of current patients) they should at least refer you to another physician or a referral service. The urgent care doctors will just stabilize you and tell you to find a primary care doctor. Very disappointed.

My Dr.retired and hoped to find another Dr. like her that sent you to specialist when you had a serious problem. An annual exam with my old dr was clothes off & complete body check looking for moles, foot problems, skin issues, pap, etc. Dr. O'Connor does blood pressure, listens to your heart, breathing and asks you a list of questions. Anything questionable she refers you to a specialist but the 1st appt is 2 later. My retired dr made sure i got same day appointments with a specialist.

Dr. O'Connor is a caring and thorough doctor. She takes her time and answers all of your questions. You never feel rushed. If she feels you need to see a specialist, she always seems to have someone very good to refer you to. The office is very comfortable. Wait time is minimal...they take you in almost as soon as you arrive.

Limited office hours, hard to fit in as a working woman. Once was sent to clinic cause they couldn't get me a same day appointment

She is professional but warm, and takes as much time as you need for your exam.

I love Dr. O'Connor because she takes the time to talk to you and is big on preventative care. That's hard to find because most doctors just throw pills at you after there's a problem.
