The amount of negative energy in this office was INSANE!!!! Never in my life did I feel so humiliated by a healthcare professional. Horrible horrible horrible. Stay away!!!! Ignore the good reviews. Disgustingly rude, body shamed me for an hour asking irrelevant questions about what disorders caused my weight gain and what i plan to do about it with shifting eyebrows. I was courteous and polite but ashamed. My body language clearly showed my discomfort but they persisted for an hour. HE and his aide humiliated me about my weight atleast 8 times, despite being overweight themselves. The irony is I WAS THERE TO CONSULT for skincare. I am currently 30 pounds overweight - but it is none of anyone's business to question my weight and repetitively shame me over it. Especially when both 3 out of 4 of the total staff are considered obese themselves. Any civil short lived conversation involved him talking AT ME instead of TO ME. Any question I asked was met with attitude and eyerolling. Any question I answered was met with a glare, correction and a scorning laugh. DISGUSTINGLY DEMEANING ATTITUDES BY HIM AND HIS AIDE. One example out of many: He scrubbed my cheek with an alcohol wipe, gave it a disgusting look and threw it in the trash, and then had the audacity to comment that i'm "hiding under a ton of makeup". Someone please educate him that using makeup doesnt mean "hiding". Then he ordered me to remove my makeup. When i removed it, his aide stood at my shoulders dictating that I use ALCOHOL WIPE under my eyes too. I told her my undereyes are sensitive so I wont but I removed all makeup on the rest of my face. He came to her rescue and said "sensitive? Sensitive what?" I looked at him confused because i didnt know what he was asking. "What do you mean by sensitive?" And just angrily stared me down for rejecting to do what the aide ordered me to do. I said my skin is sensitive meaning it just..burns sometimes when i use such things. He corrected me with "you mean it turns RED" and rolled his eyes. (And I'm so confused at this point thinking..well.. duh? Isnt that what sensitive means?) A long awkward pause and two hostile looks from the doctor and his aide. Humiliating. And then he went back to discussing my weight again. Probably wanted to sell me some weight management plans by bullying me about my weight. He and his aide are too awkward, defensive and disoriented to be healthcare professionals. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sureddi. His office and exam rooms are clean and neat. His staff is pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Sureddi is professional and knowledgeable. He allowed ample time for examination and treatment discussion, allowing plenty of time for questions to be answered.

Dr. Sureddi and his staff are professional and always courteous, kind, and informative. I have been seeing Dr. Sureddi for over 20 years for my skin and I have always had a wonderful experience. All the treatments were completed beyond my expectations.

Dr.Sureddi is incredible. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish; not only is he a wonderful surgeon with an extensive list of credentials and years of experience, his staff is always helpful and kind. Dr.Sureddi ensures a smooth pre- op by taking all the time one needs as a patient to fully understand the expectations of the surgery, risks and post op care. I was very happy with the end results of my implant replacement surgery. This was my third consultation and Dr. Surreddi was very informative and thorough. The office staff was courteous and helped me in all aspects of the financial and surgery details!

I had a great experience with my breast reduction surgery with Dr. Sureddi. He explained my procedure was an extreme case as I was very large. He did a great job explaining everything and made me feel very comfortable. I should've done this in my 20s but it took my daughter coming to me wanting to do this ( she's 20 and very large breasted also with terrible upper back pain) for me to decide to do it also. I'm very happy with my results. My shoulders and neck feel so much better and I feel I look better. I would highly recommend Dr. Sureddi. The receptionist Jenea, and billing person Miriam are terrible. No communication and shady billing. I've been having an ongoing situation for the past 3 months because Miriam told me for an initial visit that my insurance wouldn't cover when I had a referral because it would be. She then told me one amount, but billed me something less. Miriam has had an attitude from the moment I stepped in her office, and the receptionist Jenea is just as bad playing dumb. Both me and insurance have been trying to get answers with no response or call back. When I called today and finally got a hold of her Miriam said she didn't understand what I was asking for, and that the updated bill was the only they sent when I asked for itemized billing for the first one. Coming from a law enforcement background I’m a single woman with a very short fuse. I can honestly say Dr Sureddi was very nice and listened to my every concern considering I have a phobia when it comes to medical. Thanks to him I have a new look to go along with my still a work in progress attitude. His staff is also very nice a very professional place. Would highly recommend!! Felt safe in his hands!

I would recommend anyone who needs plastic surgery or has a problem with anything else to go here, they care about there patients and are very honest about what needs to be done... I had gynecomastia in my chest and I was very self conscious about myself and I hadn’t taken my shirt off in 2 years, and after seeing Dr. Sureddi and him telling me what has to be done, I have more confidence in myself now ???? Dr Sureddi repaired my earlobe. His work is flawless. I have known him for 23 years and witnessed his work while I worked as an Emergency Room RN at Waterbury ER. He is kind, pleasant, and his calming bedside manner puts people that are frightened, at ease. It is an honor to know him. He also took care if my daughter, Gina when she had very bad road rash as a little girl from a bad bicycle accident. Again, flawless. Dr Sureddi repaired my earlobe. His work is flawless. My breast are better then the ones I had 21 years ago when I was 25. He really has magic hands and an eye for perfection. He has a kind and patient way about him. Upon entering the clean, spacious, comfortable waiting room, I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist. Within minutes I was taken in to for my consultation. Dr. Sureddi is a gentle, pleasant, most knowledgeable and skilled physician in the field of Cosmetic Surgery. He explained the various available treatments that he performs which provide immediate and long lasting results to enhance facial beauty by smoothing and reducing signs of aging. I am impressed at how “detailed” and “thorough” Dr. Sureddi is in explaining methods/treatments he uses to benefit a patient’s desired outcome. The good doctor is genuinely concerned for the comfort of his patient. He addresses the various treatments used to best meet the patient’s need and then allows the patient to decide which procedure he or she may prefer. Painless, affordable, refreshed appearance was my outcome. A five star experience I recommend to anyone wishing to look and feel their very best!

I consulted Surreddi for a surgery and just felt the prac was unethical. We were discussing the possibility of Insurance covering my proc. I sensed that they were very desperate for business, he suggested I ask my OB/GYN to state in writing that she's been treating me for a year on certain issues so that Ins would cover the surgery. Well, I didn't agree with it, knowing my OB/GYN, I couldn't just ask her to lie. However, Maryann in their office, is relentless and once she GETS your number, even if you decline her phone calls, she will find different ph. no.s to call from. Kept insisting that this is how everyone does it. Against my better judgement I enquired, and my hunch was right. The 1st thing that was said was that I haven't treated you for the so-called condition. It become a very unpleasant conv. I ended up losing a wonderful OB/GYN, She was my Dr for 14 yrs. Looks like business here is slow, as no one was there when I went in nor when I was leaving. Very hungry practice.

Absolutely nightmare. I wish I never had him perform surgery on me. I’m reminded of it every time I look in the mirror. I would not recommend him to anyone. Steer clear.

As a younger patient who experienced extreme weight loss, i highly recommend dr sureddi and his staff for any of your plastic surgery needs. i have done liposuction of the back, breast life and a fat graft from the back to the breast and had wonderful results. he takes the time he needs and pays close attention to detail. would definitely go to him in the future if i ever need anything else.

Dr Surreddi is a perfectionist and did an excellent job with my surgery. I highly recommend him and am beyond happy with my results

Excellent Detailed Doctor - my son needed a septoplasty and rhinoplasty nose surgery to correct an acquired deformity and airway obstruction from a childhood trauma. Dr. Sureddi was very kind, professional, helpful, detailed and thorough in his analysis, ensuring we were comfortable and clear with the procedures. His office staff were also very friendly, supportive and accommodating. We couldn't have been happier with the results of the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Sureddi's practice.

Very attentive staff, friendly atmosphere, great doctor

I went to Dr. Surreddi for facial hair removal.  He's offered a pkg, where you buy a 4 sessions and get 1 free. I agreed, but due to work schedules it was hard for me to start right away and I had said I would call when ready. However the nurse kept calling to schedule.  When I went for the first time, as he started using the laser, I was ready to take a nap.  The Dr.  however started talking about using Obagi products to help with the hair removal.  He said that its  $300 and you can pay outside, w/o my agreeing on using it.  I told him I will think about it and snapped at me saying what is there to think about, you need this.  Needless to say, what was suppose to be a relaxing moment turned into a slightly agressive sales pitch.  Anyway, on my way the receptionist who I was to make payment to had a less than ideal approach to collecting.  Also, not only was I being forced to buy the products, but also to pay them for all 4 sessions.  I paid them $600. Disappointed. DONT RECOMMEND

Two yrs ago I had surgery with this DR.  Due to the  personal nature, I won't disclose the kind of surgery.  However, I wanted to share my  experience.  It appears that the practice is struggling to meet overheads.  I had  a consult but made it clear that I was still debating the proc.  However, the nurse pursued me on a weekly basis w/calls about how this was not an option but a necessity.  It took me awhile to agree, I went ahead w/it.  The proc. was done but at  post OP Surredi was obnoxious, would not let me see results.  V. aggressive, bandage came off/on, like I had no right to see.  On my 2nd post OP he acted more human & I actually saw the results.  Only to see that the results were not great at all.  Didn't say anything then, but 2 mo"s later mentioned it.  His response, another surgery, to reverse what was done and no explanation as to why he did what he did.  I was shocked, he just had a smile on his face w/$ signs in his eyes.  Pls exercise caution w/this prac, SRY I didn't

as a fellow physician and a patient of Dr. Sureddi, I can both personally and professionally vouch for his level of skill , compassion and dedication to his craft. Dr. Sureddi resected a skin cancer from my face near the naso-labial fold which certainly could have caused disfigurement. The resection was painless, complete, and the recovery swift ; the cosmetic result was excellent with NO scarring. I have recommended Dr. Sureddi to patients and friends alike without reservation

I cannot say enough about Dr. Sureddi, his kindness, his expertise and also his wonderful staff. At our first meeting he put me at ease, answered all my questions, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed and left his office feeling that I was in excellent hands. He proved that to me post-op. I received several phone calls from him inquiring about my progress. My recovery went right along with what he described. No surprises. I would recommend Dr. Sureddi highly.

Dr. Prasad Sureddi is very competent in his field; he is also very friendly and caring. At first I was hesitant about the surgical procedure I was considering, but Dr. Sureddi made me feel at ease from the beginning. He answered all my questions and concerns, and provided me with information regarding the procedure. The surgery went well and I am pleased with the results. I would recommend Dr. Sureddi to family and friends.

Absolutely horrified and traumatized after the damage and pain that was inflicted to my body. Careless, sloppy, misleading, not to mention money hungry. Please do NOT use this surgeon! I 100% regret letting this man perform surgery on me. Nice clean office and friendly staff but don't judge a book by it's cover. Do your research! I wish I did!
