Loved her!!

Worst experience ever with this doctor. Unsuccessful vacuum attempt to deliver baby. Left room and didn’t return for 1 1/2 hours while patient suffered as she “had to attend other things”. Consider yourself warned.

Dr. Bernardini was my doctor for the past 15+ years. I did receive wonderful care, however, trying to get an appointment is very difficult. I Called in November to schedule appointment for February. I was told scheduling for February was not available and to try at a later date. I don’t think it was unreasonable to schedule an appointment three months in advance. There are never appointments available in Rosemont or Malvern and always want to schedule at BlueBell office which is a distance from where I live. Office staff are not friendly and the office manager did not return my call. Seems like Axia focuses more on delivering babies and tending to younger Women’s needs than providing healthcare to an older generation of women. Unfortunately, I am parting ways with Axia to find a healthcare facility that offers advance scheduling, provides older women healthcare and is closer to where I live.

My favorite doctor by far. I have so much anxiety about everything medical related and she is so good at calming my nerves and making sure I understand everything that’s going on. She is incredibly warm and clearly knows her craft. I could not recommend her more. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Dr.Bernardini delivered my daughter back in March just as COVID really began to unfold. She is absolutely the best doctor I had the pleasure of interacting with at the practice. Her bedside manner is excellent, she answers all of your questions without batting an eye and is very thorough. Giving birth during a pandemic was stressful enough, knowing she was my doctor on the day was such a relief. She was very reassuring and did a wonderful job! I would give her more than 5 stars if possible, she is so friendly and how nice that she take care my wife thankyou so much

I would give Dr. Bernardini 100 stars if that was an option. She has amazing bedside manner, is down to earth and I can have an actual conversation with her. She was so warm, kind, and put me at ease during my pregnancy visits. She has called me from home on numerous occasions when I had a dilemma. I distinctly remember she called me from home when I was diagnosed with Postpartum Anxiety not long after my son was born; I was concerned the anti-anxiety med I was prescribed was going to effect my baby due to my breastfeeding. She assured me that the medicine was fine and that I was in the best possible hands with the experts at the Postpartum Stress Center; she said she works with them routinely and trusts them fully. Now that Dr. Keating has left the practice (so sad over that, as I loved Dr. Keating, I was with her since I became a patient here) Dr. Bernardini is my favorite provider and I trust her fully. I also like Dr. Dardarian but Bernardini is my top choice 10000000% :D I would give Dr. Bernardini 100 stars if that was an option. She is who you want in an emergency. I was low-risk as a second time mother but my baby ended up with major decels during pushing, malpositioned and stuck. It was the scariest 10 mins of my life but Dr. B remained calm (while I was hysterical) and performed an emergency assisted delivery. I credit her for saving my son’s brain at the very least, if not his life. She had to make a quick decision and did so with grace and the utmost care. I want her to deliver my next baby!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Bernardini. Calmed my wife down during delivery and made a lasting impression.

I was told to come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, which I did. I waited 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and left without being seen. I asked it that was typical and the receptionist said "yes, she's always at least 30 minutes behind". I have been a patient of that practice for a long time but not seen by Dr. Bernardini, I will not be going back. They don't value others time.

Very helpful with pregnancy complications. My delivery went very smoothly. I highly recommend Dr. Bernardini and Bryn Mawr hospital staff.

I have seen Dr. Bernardini twice so far for my routine exams each year. I have been seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time both times. She takes the time to ask about my concerns and I feel confident that she is giving me excellent care. She also explains things throughly and I feel completely comfortable with her. I loved my last gynecologist at a different practice but wanted someone closer to home. She has been a wonderful replacement and I highly recommend her!
