Awful. Worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. I am actually shocked by the unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect. I was belittled, humiliated, and made to feel like I knew nothing about my own body.

Dr. Dein is amazing. I was a patient of another women in the practice during my pregnancy and when I had legitimate concerns he was the only that was all ears and the most responsive to what I was experiencing. If it was nothing to worry about I knew he’d give me the facts. He’s not cold at all. He has a great sense of humor and all I wanted was for him to deliver my child and he did. He calm demeanor made me feel at ease. I’ve never considered another doc for my care since he delivered my son 11 years ago. Even this week when I have a concern our teledoc put my mind at ease. He’s a husband, father and grandfather and I trust him immensely and I know he treats me as if I was one of his own. I KNOW he would tell me straight up if there was nothing to be concerned about. Do you want it sugar coated or do you want knowledge? I’m so grateful he delivered my child and he’s in my corner

I have been with Dr. Dein for years. He is very competent and always addresses my concerns thoroughly and effectively. If anyone is looking for an excellent GYN, I recommend him.

The receptionist @ Plymouth Meeting was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Had an old number from 5 years ago so they weren’t able to tell me I am in collections and can’t be seen. Which is totally understandable, it’s been 5 years, I don’t necessarily remember. All she kept saying to me was that “you can’t be seen, no, can’t be seen today” maybe 10 times, no exaggeration. I asked politely what to do and she called some lady just to talk about me in front of my face and then hung up and said again I can’t be seen. In front of 3 other waiting patients which BTW was so embarrassing. If she had an ounce of compassion, I wouldn’t of left crying not knowing what to do/who to call to rectify my balance. Receptionist at the Plymouth Meeting office has the worst bedside manner of any practice I’ve ever been to. Appointments get cancelled, doctors get sick and sometimes communications get mixed up - that part is understandable. But to arrive to your appointment (scheduled today) that was apparently cancelled to then receive an attitude from the receptionist, is unacceptable. Had I received a message it was cancelled, I surely wouldn’t have wasted mine and my husbands time coming to the office. There was another patient there with the exact same scenario so clearly something got mixed up in canceling of the appointments. This is my first prenatal appointment for my first child, I would expect a little more courtesy and empathy. I’ve waited weeks for the appointment, we both scheduled off work and I felt like I was an annoyance showing up. I’ve received more respect at giant checking out my groceries. Working the front desk is “customer service” and this receptionist is seriously lacking that. You’re dealing with women who are about to go through the biggest experience of their lives; you may want to reconsider who you have representing your practice on the front line. Very sad and disappointing experience and I hope the next practice I go to is nothing like this. Hopeful I can at least get my records in time for my new patient appointment somewhere else. I don't think Dr. Dein has a compassionate bone in his body. I've gone to him several times and have given him the benefit of the doubt, but I won't be returning.

I don't recommend Dr. Dein. You'll be much more satisfied with one of the other physicians in his practice.

Arrogant, cold, condescending- don't waste your time!

Would rather burn a hundred dollar bill than this doctor and practice my money. Absolutely horrific, and wrong diagnosis. Thankfully was properly diagnosed before this doctor with no bedside manner operated on my body!

I had a wonderful experience! Dr. Dein has a great bedside manner.

Dr. Dein saved my life more than 20 years ago. He has cared for my gynecological health ever since. I have recommended him to several close friends and he always provides excellent care. I am so pleased to have him as my doctor.
