Dr. Crumpler and Fran make this annual checkup the best one of the year. They are easy to talk with and enjoy laughing. Questions are answered and concerns are addressed. I am able to breathe and relax at each visit. There should be more doctors with this type of personality and accessibility. They are rare.

Check in is quick. Appointment was on time. Fran is very efficient and friendly. Dr Crumpler is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to any questions or concerns.

It is always a pleasure seeing Dr Crumpler. Fran never has you wait long and you're treated with respect. What I like most about the "Doc" is this way of getting to the facts. He holds nothing back and when he lets you know what has to be done he follows up and leaves no stones unturned. When I leave his office l always have the same thoughts ...."Why can't all doctors visit be like this" It is always a pleasure seeing Dr Crumpler. Doctor Crumpler is always very friendly and professional. His nurse is very friendly. I'm glad that my heart is in Dr Crumpler's hands.

I was seen promptly, as always. Dr Crumpler reviewed my history and discussed how I was feeling, since this was simply a routine check in . i always feel that the staff genuinely care.

My visit so far has been for consulting and scheduling tests. Everyone there is just so nice. You are not hurried or rushed at all. Having been there a few times now I can say they are super nice and very comforting. They don't make you feel nervous or rushed at all. Dr. Crumpler and his staff are great!

Outstanding cardiologist with loads of knowledge and experience. Easy to talk with.

Dr. Charles Crumpler is not only one of the greatest surgeons of our generation but more importantly he truly cares about each and every one of his patients. I’ve never felt rushed like so many doctors make you feel but takes the time to explain in layman’s language what is going on in our bodies so we can make informed decisions about our health. He is a wonderful gentleman in every aspect of the word! We patients are very lucky and blessed that he is still serving our needs. Thank you Doctor Crumpler, I pray that our Creator will continue to richly bless you and your family. Great appt nice people best Doc ever

Dr Crumpler is always so nice and informative. He’s a great listener as well as a great teacher. Not only tells you what is going on, but also why, and what you should do. One of my favorite doctors for sure!

I have been a patient of Dr. Crumpler since 2015. He has always been involved in my treatment plan with explanations and information about my condition and medication used to treat. He explains but never forces his thoughts upon you. He listens and takes into consideration that you have an understanding of your body which may not be the medical understanding he works from. I respect and admire my doctor and would recommend.

I love Fran, she is one of a kind. Dr. CRUMPLER is always on top of his game.

Dr. Crumpler as well as his assistant Fran are very thorough ( hope that’s spelled correctly) . Each take all the time needed. I’m blessed to have them taking care of my heart issues.

A very good and caring Doctor! And Fran his nurse is a very special lady! Always there to help you in anyway! Two very fine and dedicated people!

After just hearing my symptoms Dr. Crumpler would not let me go home. He saved my life because that night I had a very bad episode that probably would have done me in if I had gone home. He’s the best doctor I’ve ever had and I fully understand why he is the head of the cardiac unit at Longview Regional. My wife and I will be forever grateful to him. I have been seeing Dr Crumpler for several years now. I always get seen right on time. Both he and his nurse, Fran, are professional and friendly. They take time to explain any questions I have.

My fiancee Steve Bridger has been taken care of be Dr. Crumpler for over 10 years and he is great His nurse Fran is very sweet and helpful and always promptly returns our phone calls. She also very courteous and takes time to explain any questions we may have.

Love Dr. Crumpler and his staff , wonderful man.

He is the most thorough heart doctor I have had. He is pleasant and explains thoroughly what needs to be done. He has a nurse who always works in this m anner. He always works well with my regular doctors. I hope he nevr retires.

Simply the best.! Very kind and cares about each of his patients. Takes the best care possible
