Been refilling my 15 day prescription (bottle clearly states twice DAILY) every 15-20 days for almost 2 years. Now all of a sudden that 15 day supply was supposed to have been a 30 day supply and I can't get my meds because I can't afford a Dr visit right now. So I go without my anxiety meds old turkey because the girl behind the desk says I was supposed to make that 15 day supply last 30 days this whole time and gave me some BS excuse. Anxiety meds. I am very upset when I called to be seen this morning that the person on the other end didn't make me aware that if I hadn't seen the doctor in over a year I would be considered a new patient !!! My husband and I have seen Dr. Gregory over 10 years this is a ridiculous policy no need to schedule a yearly physical when one isn't needed moving on taking my money elsewhere! I like Dr.Gloria and Dr. Gregory but their upfront staff could use an attitude adjustment. When your having an emergency situation and they argue with you about doing a walk in appt for it and tell you that in their opinion it's not an emergency to her, that I can go to the ER or I can make an appointment for next week. Who are they to tell me if my health condition is an emergency or not. I will be unfortunately looking for a new PCP due to their staff and unprofessionalism. Dr Gregory is a fantastic physician. Very caring, hands on with his patients. He has actually called my husband personally after hours with lab results. And the results were NORMAL! so no emergency! The office staff are curteous and professional. Easy to get an appointment! I highly recommend Dr. Gregory.

I am not a patient but a caretaker for a patient. We switched to Gregory because she was not being taken care of with her other doctor. He really is a great person. He is in my top 3 for all family doctors that I have every dealt with. He listens to all her concerns, answers all questions, and doesn't let her get away with things (in a kind, joking, not joking manner) which is what she needs sometimes. Waited 4 months for appointment, Arrived 20 mins early because I was a new patient. Office was closed for lunch 2 hours 12-2, at 2:10 got someone to answer the phone and brought out the paper work for me to fill out. Returned the paper work at 2:15 sat in my car in 91° heat until 3:10 called and was informed that I would have to wait an additional 5-30 mins. Waited 10 more minutes and called it quits. Dr. or staff doesn't seem to have care or concern for new patients.

Why when I call the office durning normal business hours nobody never picks up?!?!? I’m confused on how to make an appointment if nobody never answers?!?!?

I made an appointment with this Doctor and it was 1st time appointment of a 5 month waiting period. No one called to confirm, no text, no email, no letter, no reminder at all. They told me 5 months ago an exact date that I noted on my calendar, I called the day before to confirm only to be told the appointment was for that same day. I don't blame the doctor, I blame his staff. The lady I spoke to then told me the next appointment would not be available until the end of August (3 months later) because this 5 month waiting appointment was missed with no reminder. Great doctor and staff! Always professional and courteous.

Very friendly (Friendly staff too), was seen promptly, Dr. Gregory answered all the questions I had, cannot recommend him enough.

Amanda was very rude. I love Gloria but when you can't talk to her about something important because you have to go in otherwise. Dr Gregory and Gloria are very kind. Some of your staff need to learn how to be kind and caring.

Dr. Gregory is a pleasure to talk with. He always has an accurate diagnosis. He also has a great sense of humor. I'm glad that I'm his patient.

Didn't schedule a test in over 19 months, even though I called twice. Will never return.

This was my first visit but the staff were courteous and I liked Dr. Gregory. He listened to me and he seems very knowledgeable about my specific issues.

I liked Dr. Gregory and felt that he listened to me and cared about me as a patient. I had trouble coping with the long waits, though. Usually 30-45 minutes. I never waited less than 20 minutes and usually it was longer. Office staff was friendly, but very inefficient and not careful about what they were doing.

I don’t know why Dr. Gregory is even there. We always have to see his NP Gloria, which is a complete waste of time and money. Looking for a new Dr.

Dr Gregory saved my life.

I have always been treated with the utmost respect and dignity by Dr. Gregory and his staff. They always listen to what is going on with my health and wellbeing no matter what the issue may be they make you feel better about it. recommended them to anyone that needs a excellent doctor!!

Dr. Gregory is an awesome doctor. He is also a great person to talk with and be around. I never have any issues getting in and I always get great care at his office. I would recommend his office to everyone. Thank you.

Have been a patient of Dr Charles Gregory for several years and as a 26yr paramedic myself, good communication and understanding is vital to assure proper treatment is being prescribed to and this is definitely one of Dr Gregory's strongest attributes. He listens and hears my issues and is spot on with his treatment of the diagnosis. You actually feel like a patient and not a number. His practitioners and staff are also obviously on the same level and share the same quality of care and dedication. Can't say enough.... He spends no time examining and diagnosing...he is in and out as quick as possible. I don't feel he really cares about his patients i.e. pain..depression and need for medications that are needed. It can take many days to get refills for anything. I am looking for a new doctor at this time.
