Wish I could give no stars. This physician needs to retire. He orders unneccesary procedures and doubles medications for patients before finding a true diagnosis. This could bring severe harm to someone who does not really know to research what they are given. The reason they accept all types of insurance is because the care they provide for the patients are poor. There are better physicians out there. I first met Dr Mobley through Medical Explorers (not sure if he's still involved with that) and it was a wonderful experience as a teen who wanted to pursue STEM. Not sure why his reviews are so bad, except knowing he has always been willing to take anyone and everyone on any day. I transferred to his practice when I aged away from my pediatrician and Dr Mobley has always been able to get me in same day during walk -in hours. There can be a long wait sometimes, but he and his staff have always done their best by their patients and the community. I received excellent care even when they were packed during flu season. Dr. Mobley, Doctor, Veteran, and always straight up with you.

He is very knowledgeable! He explains everything and is very good at what he does! I'd definitely trust him with my life!

the nurse practitioner MK IS THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE she made this place worth going to she listens to her patients she referred me to a thyroid specialist and we found out quickly I was in trouble she helped me tremendously! THANK U MARY SCHOOLCRAFT!!!! I'd give it a 5 star but billing department sucks!!!!

This place gets one star for appointment convenience. I was referred to an oncologist in November...as I am a rare cancer patient...it took 1 1/2 months..after 2 ER visits to get to one. I was reffered to a cardiologist in December by the P.A. and still have not been called because they have not received the referral...this was still after a recent ER visit. I have called for the past 3 weeks and left messages 3 times in 2 weeks and have not received call backs. I still await the cardiologist refferal. The insurance is not to blame because they dont need to approve it. Finally, they prescribed a medicine (alprazolam) after having a bit of anxiety...perhaps due to not getting to the specialists...and was told that my persistence in getting these things done "....would just piss people off..(because you are kinda pissing me off)" and maybe the alprazolam would curb my anxiety. WOW...then the script was called in under the wrong code and I had to pay out of pocket. Mind you..I am on a $0 income a month and on Medicaid due to my cancer and other illnesses. I wouldn't recommend this facility or their physicians to anyone...unless you have plenty of time. This place gets one star for appointment convenience. Dr. Mobley took one look at me and decided I was a drug user. I assume this is because I have a missing tooth. In some ways he was very nice and but he also raised his voice with me. Basically, his demeanor causes me to cry. He is an ok doctor I guess. Wait time is less at this office than my experiences with dr. offices in general. Saw Dr. Mobley yesterday, saw some negative reviews, was a little worried. The staff was great, the male nurse was very professional put me at ease, blood pressure very good. Dr. Mobley saw me like usual very nice. Blood test very fast did not bother me for the first time. Thus s the WORSE EXPERIENCEZ I HAVE EVER. had. He should ot e allowed to practice. I moved to Portland and he was doctor that my insurance asdigned too. I ask him to set up blood work and a mammogram. He did blood ork. This is the 3rd week since had it done. No one will discuss the results i ave alled 5 times. Then he schedules cat an instead of a mammogram. Im like what?still o response on that either. I ave eft 4 more messages and still NO response. His bedside manner was very intimidating

If I could rate less than one star, I would. One of the 3 worst doctors I've ever seen. Rude. No bedside manner. Don't understand why he practices medicine.

Dr.Mobley is a great doctor, he is my gate doctor for my HMO and has made everything go smoothly while I am going through breast cancer treatment for the second time

I think its unfair that Dr. Mobley is being given such a bad rating. He has patients that come all the way from Victoria. His clinic has convienent walk in hours. And unlike other Doctors in Portland area this clinic accepts all insurances. The day he retires San Pat patients are going to realize how important that clinic is to residents of San Pat and Corpus. This man is so incredibly rude and hateful. I saw him 3 times for medical help which he said he wouldn't prescribe me anything without doing a drug test first as if I was an addict. I don't recommend this doctor to anyone.

One of the worst doctors I have visited. Rude....spoke down to me as a child (I'm 61). Saw him once and would never see him again. It was a mistake seeing him then and would be a bigger one if I ever saw him again. His office staff was equally rude and unpleasant.

I think he is way over booked. The wait time can range anywhere from 20 min. to 2 hours. It took 2 months to get a referral then 2 months to get an appointment with the Doctor he referred me to. Tends to give off the attitude your wasting his time. However his assistant was nice and helpful.
