he reattached my achilles tendon almost 20 years ago and its been great. i pushed it to the max the whole time in sports just saw him again for a shoulder problem was seen right away other drs send you to walk in clinic where you wait so long you die of old age his assistant is great. took my girlfriend, seen in one day for leg pain xray cortizone out the door shes great

I think you should hire new people. Every person in that office is disrespectful! HIGHLY! if they hate there job that bad they can work at Walmart.

I am so thankful for this entire group of people! They treated me impeccably well, despite my lack of insurance! I broke my hip and Dr. Kollmer did a great job. Upon going to the office, I was welcomed with Grace. I'm so Thankful ????

Dr.kollmar Terrible doctor after reviewing my x-rays he made it clear how bad condition my hip is in and that I have to have a hip replacement though after I told him I was homeless with no health insurance he quickly said there's no way that he could help thouh.

I was referred to this dr for issues with my spine. The billing person was incredibly rude and told me they were not taking my insurance. However my insurance tells me this dr is a Preferred Provider. So this dr needs to look at the money he is losing with this rude and uninformed staff.

Have know him and family has used him for years. And will keep on using him. None of us has had a bad experience. He Will talk to you in every day language and will listen to you. His physician assistants are very good also.

Had hip replacement 2 months ago. Dr did a great job. Staff & Physician assistants are very pleasant. Myself and family have been going to him for 20 years wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Had hip replacement. 7 weeks out and all is well. Staff is great. Been going to him for 20 years. Family has used him also. Never a complaint. Uses every day language.

Stay as far away from this guy as possible. He replaced my right knee in January 2017. Told him from day one that something was wrong He kept telling me it was scar tissue. Two more surgeries later by him, and the pain was worse than ever. He wanted to do a revision but I was not going to let this guy touch me. Finally found a surgeon who would do a revision for me. I regained most of my movement and have no pain. New doctor told me that when he did the surgery that the part connected to my tibia came right off with his fingers. He also told me that it was a prototype knee replacement which I was never told by Kollmer. This guy should not be practicing. Stay away.

This is one of the Best groups of medical professionals I have encountered in a long time. Every single person is professional and very kind and caring. Dr. Kollmer is one of the very best Orthopedic Surgeons around and has a team that is not only good at their jobs, but very caring and compassionate people. In every situation I have really needed their help they have gone above and beyond to help me. Whether it is an appointment or some kind of urgent need, they have gone the extra mile to help me. I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years. The nurses in particular are very good at their jobs and genuinely nice people. Awful experience! Over 1 &1/2 hour wait when we had an appointment. Doc wasn't even here and secretary kept saying your next, when she kept calling other people prior to my husband. TERRIBLE customer service!!! Never again will we come here!

This so called surgen butchered my father's leg and he took 2 1/2 years of his life from him. He can never get those years back and his life was ended prematurely. With multiple lawsuits and complaints against him over many years it is hard to understand how he could still be practicing at Florida Hospital. While asking Dr. Butcher why his leg was not healing from a routine hip surgery we were told "it was a big surgery". The only honest answer I have gotten over this two and a half years was from hospice that our loved one could have just five days of life left. I recommend that you never go to him for anything. I received Platelet Rich Plasma Blood treatments in my two knees and my insurance paid for the procedure and I now do not have to have knee replacement surgery for at least a while longer. The treatment is much better than cortizone. and lasts for at least a year or so.

I suggest you go to ANY other orthopedic surgeon than him! I have been given the runaround for the past two years suffering in pain from a defective hip he kept saying was perfectly fine. Needless to say, I have now been left in a wheelchair for the rest of my life due to an infection he gave me during surgery. Because of this I can never have a replacement, and I must have my leg cut off so I can live. This man needs to lose his license and never practice again!!! My life is completely ruined!

If i had another orthopedic injury, i would find a way to run , not walk from this butcher. I would not recommend him to anyone. STAY AWAY!! He has left me in pain for the rest of my life from a simple knee replacement.

My experience with Dr Charles Kollmer, MD was very positive. He immediately knew I needed a MRI and had the experience to send me to get one even though my family Dr in New Smyrna Beach had said it was something else for months! :O( My husband also went to him for shoulder pain and had the fortunate luck of having no more pain after seeing him even without a operation. That was both our experiences. The staff was supper friendly and helpful. I waited 15 minutes my husband 10. Staff was helpful.

One of the worst I have ever seen. Billed for services I never received. When calling the office they became beligerent and hung up on me. Real hippocrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did I mention this was after sitting in their office for 4 1/2 hours. Wouldn't even give them 1 star but have to to post!

I love this Orthopedic. He found out about a problem in my Back that nobody saw before at my 73 and he is taking care of it. Nurses are kind and very patient. Thanks

When I moved to Georgia in 2009, they were very helpful in getting my medical records transferred. I also had issues with my back. Long overdue review but forever grateful. When trying to get into see this Dr over an insurance claim, it is very TIMELY! First she needed all my info and then she had to talk to my attorney. Then.... I called back over a week later and she asked me some of the same questions again. I sternly stated that all I wanted to do was to come in and get the OK or the not OK to be released on this accident matter and she stated that yelling was not necessary (I was stern, not yelling) and I said that having to jump thru hoops to get an answer on a silly little appointment was not necessary. She told me then that I should find someone else to handle my matter. I could not even get a phone call.....I kept having to call them and this was over a 4 week period! I guess i should of called every day to remind them. Roxanne, if it took 4 weeks of nothing, what type of attitude should I have called back with? You had an insurance claim pending, now that you have asked me to find another place to go, I will do just that. I hope you don't offer more of your customer base (patients are paying customers) the same option. We had an insurance claim, or health insurance, or even a credit card, but I will take your advice and find another place to go! i must say i was impressed with Dr. Kolmer and his staff. i had heard rumors you had to wait forever to be seen, etc. for me that was not true. i just recently had rotator cuff surgery by dr kolmer and his one pa Don Huggard. They both did an excellent job i can tell so far as a year and a half ago i had had another surgeon do the other side. i am 3 days out and have a fraction of the pain, immobility and miserable index than before. Both PA's are great. they explain everything to you, are on time and are compassionate, especially Don Huggard. the nurses are cherry and smiling as are the front desk personnel like Robin. thumbs up to Dr. Kolmer and staff 6 stars compare that to 1 star at fish hospital I am in health care myself so appreciate good care and pleasant staff i must say i was impressed with Dr. Kolmer and his staff. i had heard rumors you had to wait forever to be seen, etc. for me that was not true. i just recently had rotator cuff surgery by dr kolmer and his one pa Don Huggard.
