Charles David Long

Dr Long has been my physician for several years now. I definitely recommend him. Every time I had an appointment the office staff were and are delightful as well as professional. Dr. Long takes his time with you to make sure all of your questions are answered. Wonderful bedside manner.

Dr. Long is wonderful. He is extremely professional and takes the time to be sure you are completely informed and answers questions in a caring manner. The staff is also amazing, kind and compassionate. I am so very pleased with my experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This was a fantastic experience , Dr Long was polite , patient, experienced and extremely skilled . I am highly recommending him for any procedure that needs to be performed. He’s staff was pleasant and informative. Dr Long deserves a ten !!!!

Dr Charles is ok. But I would not recommend him to anyone fighting to get a breast reduction because of the pain. He does not fight for you at all and only cares about money and if you get approved or not. He’s on to the next. Mariam was wonderful but his nurse Josephine! She is very unprofessional when speaking on the phone with you. She doesn’t care either. She brushed me off when I call her back about my approval. Her response towards everything I said on the phone was like she doesn’t care and whatever. I really wish he would replace her with a much more wonderful and compassionate nurse! Who at least can talk to you with decency. This wasn’t the first time at all. It’s like she has a bad day every day. She needs to retire! My experience with Dr.Long was so professional and satisfying. The initial process of paper work and what is needed for approval was a smooth thanks to Josephine and Amy. They were very patient and attentive in getting things rolling. Dr. Long was very professional and detailed in what to expect and gave step by step expectations for my procedure. His bed-side manner was very professional and caring. The day of the procedure he gave details again and made sure all essentials for aftercare was delivered well in advance. My procedure was exactly as he stated with very good results and great amount of satisfaction.I am so happy with my results and Dr. Long . Dr. Long and his team was professional, caring and they are well trained and knowledgeable. After my surgery, Dr. Long and his team checked in on me regularly. I went to him for breast reconstruction because I was having a mastectomy. The nurse took before pictures, which I felt degraded doing. Post op visits were ok , except one time I was exposed and the nurse who was not in exam room, opened the door twice, they dont take your privacy seriously! And when my breast was healed I was left with a weird skin pinch, which he recommended I leave it alone, I guess he takes no pride in doing a good job.

I’m not recommended this doctor ! Hi likes only money , he will not care properly about you !

Dr. Long performed a breast reduction on me. I am extremely happy with the results. The experience was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dr. Long for any type of procedure. He and his staff are very professional and very nice. Any questions I had were answered.

There is always a degree a fear when having any type of surgery. Everything from time, pain, recovery, etc. however with Dr. Long, everything was explained in detail and all fears were addressed. Dr. Long has no equal when it comes to his expertise, knowledge, warmth and caring for his patients to provide them with the best possible outcome. He surrounds himself with the best staff ever. Sadly, my experience with Dr. Long was negative. I went in for a breast reduction consultation (had been there 6 years prior seeking this as well) and he insulted my body, telling me I gained a lot of weight from 6 years ago, and was overall shockingly rude. He discouraging me from thinking I would ever get covered by insurance due to my weight ( my BMI is UNDER 30 and matches up with my height). I left the office crying. I went elsewhere and found an amazing surgeon for a breast reduction AND even got covered by insurance. not sure if he was just seeking extra money by trying to avoid insurance, or just having a bad day, but it was an extremely upsetting experience. I unfortunately would not recommend him simply due to his negative bedside manner.

Surgery went perfect. He is so nice. Office staff is amazing. He listened to all my needs. Could give 10 stars. Thanks Dr Long and staff for everything. (5 days post op breast reduction)

This was my first plastic surgery procedure. Dr. Long answered all of my questions during my consultation. The day of the surgery he put me at ease and made sure I understood my after care. When I called after hours with a concern he called back promptly, answered my questions and readily scheduled a follow up appt.

I had 3 surgeries with Dr. Long. He told me he would manage my pain and he did. I am very happy with my results and feel better than I have in years! Love him!
