I can't say enough about Dr. Lisa Davis, she is Amazing!!! She saved my eyes from God knows what could have happened if I didn't really look for her and find the most Amazing and Caring doctor ever!!! She's the One, Look no Further⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I took my daughter for an eye exam, new glasses and contact lens prescription. The office charged $150 for a contact lens exam. We were not notified of this in advance - only after the fact. I have had contact lens exams other places and they are always in the $60-80 range including for my own bifocal contacts. My daughter had an astigmatism in one eye and was charged extra for this. She only tried one pair and was only given 5 days to try out at home. In addition, they did not give us the discount we were entitled to by Davis Vision until I pointed it out. After trying the lenses, it took 4 phone calls and my husband showing up at the office for us to get a written Rx. When we went back to pick up her glasses, I asked for some extra contacts and we were given the wrong presciption. I would stay away from this office. Wonderful caring staff, thorough and caring doctor

Dr. Lisa and her staff are thorough and kind. The office took the current COVID environment seriously with their office procedures. The electronic CRM software is comprehensive, too. We trust our whole family’s eye care with Dr. Lisa!

Great service and opticians and optometrist took their time explaining what was happening with my eyes. I would recommend.

My family has been coming here for years. The staff is always helpful and friendly and Dr. Davis is absolutely the most thorough eye doctor we’ve ever had. She spotted an anomaly in one of my son’s exams that led us down to CHOP and UPENN; the specialist we saw was amazed that a regular eye exam picked up a serious medical condition. Not every eye doctor is as thorough as Dr. Davis, though. She will exhaust all avenues to get to the bottom of a problem; I would not trust my family’s eyes to anyone else. I made an appointment for and went into the office being billed for a routine eye exam with a copay of $20.00. The visit was approved by my vision insurance. I agreed to have a picture of my eyes taken. With a cost of $40 or $50.00 out of pocket. Believing my bill would be around 60.00 to $ 70.00. It was written on my chart and I informed them that I am a Diabetic prior to seeing the doctor. So it was a documented fact. Here is the questionable backdoor shady billing. I can out then I was informed that because of the Diabetes which they were aware of they couldn't bill my vision insurance they had to bill my medical insurance. So I was blindsided with a bill for $220.00 plus dollars. Of course I had a medical deductable. So that money came right out of my pocket with no reimbursement. Lesson for all, Beware if you have any chronic diseases such as Diabetes you make sure you ask up front which insurance they will use before you deal with the same deception. The front receptionist keep making excuses over and over. Even saying to me she wasn't aware of my Diabetes. She imputed information into the computer. She wanted me to understand why the bill went to my medical insurance. I am in the medical field. I understood perfectly. She should have informed me of the change in billing prior to seeing the doctor. Then I would of had the choice to leave or continue with the visit. It is a big difference between a bill less than a $100.00 and a bill over $200.00 plus. Again beware of their billing practices before you receive services. The doctor was knowledgeable and took time to discuss my exam. Just don't get burned with a bill like I did. I like the friendly staff and personal attention given.

Was looking to have my eyes examined as I haven't had this done in years. Was debating trying one of the corporate/chain places, but was hoping a private office like this might offer a more thorough examination. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Davis ran an assortment of tests on my eyes, and exceeded my expectations when hoping for "thorough" care. You will not find a better Dr. to take care of your eyes. She is thorough, very professional and caring about the health of your eyes. Her passion shines through in how she talks to you, taking care to explain as she goes along during your exam. She is simply AWESOME!!

Dr Davis finally explained things in a way that made sense. She adjusted my prescription and recommended new lenses that have been fabulous. Highly recommend! They also take the Vision insurance.

Had a good time there. Dr Lisa Davis is really nice and the staff seems knowledgeable about insurance. My only complaint is that they can't email me any of the records they created, but I hope they get that system in place soon. The exam was good, friendly, and I'll definetely be coming back next year. Thanks Dr Davis for teaching me that cool trick about my glasses. Since I'm dilated, I can't focus up close, but if I hold my glasses away from me a little, it has a magnifying effect so I can read close things while I'm dilated! Had a good time there. I have seen countless eye doctors over 40 years of wearing glasses, and Dr. Davis and her practice are by far the best my family has ever had. She is personable and pleasant, and knows the science of her field. And, there is nothing wrong with her "breathe". Recently, she referred my teenage son to CHOP for a followup based on what she found during a very routine eye examination, and the specialist was astonished that this observation was noted by an ophthalmologist during a regular exam. Dr. Lisa is great. She takes the time to listen and is very thorough in her exams. We have been going to her for at least three years and we are very pleased.

The above statement is false and written by a disgruntled former employee, I am the office manager and have been for almost 3 years and the doctor has never asked myself or any other office staff to falsify claims. The doctor is a wonderful doctor and does everything she possibly can to make sure the patient gets the best care.
