My nurse was especially helpful and attentive. She took GREAT care. When Dr. Race came in he was personal, thorough and easy to understand, giving me the best possible course of action for the issue.

Dr Race, his efficient and dedicated staff deserve a 10 star rating. Only 5 weeks in, but I am very pleased with the surgery and the coordinated care this team provided.

I have already had both a knee replacement and a hip replacement from Dr. Race. There were no complications and all went well. Now that I am in my 80s I need the other hip and other knee replaced. Both surgeries are now scheduled. The hip surgery takes place this month (March). Dr. Race is the only one I trust enough to do these surgeries. He is a perfectionist.

Dr. Race is not only professional but also personable. As for treatment, everything went just like he told me they would. All his staff are polite and caring. I will always recommend Dr. Race.

After being hit and falling Dr. Race and his team did an exceptional job repairing my broken right hip about a year ago. But the repair left my right leg about an inch to an inch and a half shorter than the other leg. Yesterday's appointment's scanning X-ray revealed that I have some genetic factors at work, which impact both legs. Those factors complicate a correction of that right leg length by a total hip replacement. But he promised to keep evaluating the situation to see if a feasible repair can be found. That is all I can ask of any doctor.

Gave too many lectures that was not about what you were there for. Refuse to see you if you had bruises that couldn’t be explained at the time. Continues years later to refuse service. Very rude.

I like Dr. Race, he explained everything that he will be doing during the surgery. Only thing I'm not happy about is that I had a surgery date set up and than it was changed . I have to let my work know in advance and this makes me look bad when his office staff can't do their job correctly. Dont make appointments that can't be kept . You expect the patient to kept their appointments and we expect the same from you.

It went well. Would be nice not to have wait two hours to see the doctor. Please inform patients prior to appointment that X-rays will be required. Some people have to pay and knowing this helps when it comes to finances.

Dr. Race is very personable, describes treatment options in an understandable way, has a gentle hand, and seems to like his patients, and enjoys interacting with them. He has replaced both my knees, and I’m quite satisfied; I trust him!

Really appreciated how friendly and professional Dr. Race and his staff were. Saw him regarding carpal tunnel surgery and he explained in detail the procedure and recovery time. Have a surgery date set and feel very confident that all will go well.

Dr. Race spent maybe 5 mins with me at my first appointment, after getting rescheduled numerous times because he kept canceling his appointments. I finally got to meet him months after my first original scheduled appointment. He did not want to listen to me at all. It’s like he had his mind made up before he even saw me. The surgery went well, and was scheduled fairly quick for the procedure. He only had me follow up with him once after surgery, 1 1/2 months after. I would not recommend him.

Dr Race replaced my right hip. Shots had quit working and I was in constant pain and discomfort. Immediately after the surgery I had about a scale of 1 as far as discomfort. I felt absolutely great! I couldn’t believe I had a hip replacement. Within 2 days I was already grocery shopping and walking with a cane “just in case I needed it.” The entire staff were so professional and friendly. Dr Race answered all my questions in a way I could understand. I highly recommend him! Skilled surgeon!
