I have never been treated by any doctor the way I was treated by Dr. Tsai. No bedside manner whatsoever, no interest, no concern, no empathy. I had two tests done three months ago and have yet to get any results from him even though I know the results have been available long ago. When I send a message I hear nothing back. He belittled the reason that I was referred for an evaluation and said my symptoms were allergies! You've got to be kidding me!!! Do yourself a huge favor, maybe even save your own life, go to a REAL doctor who cares about his patients!!

Dr. Tsai was very thorough. He got me in really quick.

have seen this doc twice. first time I was annoyed by his lack of openness, disinterest in me, condescension. returned a couple of years later with more concerns, he didn't look at me, just typed on his computer,and asked stock questions. kept telling me EKG was normal although ER doc had told me it was not. He walked out to order an echocardiogram, never came back, NEVER reviewed the test results, gave me NO INFORMATION, did not suggest a heart monitor, NOTHING. I fired him, went to another cardio, got what I needed, and in fact, have AFib. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY. He does not deliver good health care - he does pacemaker clinics and that's all he cares about. If I could rate him a zero, I would.

Never introduced himself .. came in sat at computer never looked at me hardly even talked said that I would be doing tests and left also cancelled my follow up appt 2 times. I have yet to see him and don’t want to. Now I’m looking for another doctor.
