Due to vacations and the recent ice storm, I have been playing phone tag with nurses and audiologist. My suggest I get a new ENT! I laughed and said No way. I have seen several doctors over the years for my hearing problems and Dr Booth is one of the best.

Dr. Booth is an outstanding Ear Specialist. She identified a previously undetected cholesteatoma in my right ear, performed a perfectly executed surgery which resulted in the complete removal of this Cyst and significantly restore my hearing in this ear. Great Job Dr. Booth and Team!

Hands down the BEST doctor I have ever had. I spent 4 years dealing with vertigo, dizziness and hearing loss. I was dismissed my cardiologists, ENTs and internist. It wasn’t until my pre-med daughter persuaded me to continue searching for answers. Low and behold, Dr Booth found the answers. She is extremely thorough, and hands down the BEST surgeon. I’m now on the road to recovery. I just had a follow up appointment today. I’m so elated with my results and can’t thank Dr Booth enough for caring so much for her patients!

Dr. Booth is one of the best doctors I've been to in my 68 years. She is professional, competent, upbeat, and thorough. When I was told by another ENT doctor in Plano, "to just live with the tinnitus," Dr. Booth totally explained my tinnitus and started me on a compounded drug to help alleviate the noise. After two weeks, while the noise is still there my hearing has improved and I feel like there is hope. In addition, Dr. Booth provided advice on prescribed drugs I've been taking for years as well as vitamins. In my two visits with her we were never rushed and her assistant takes copious notes which I can review on the portal. Dr. Cherie Booth is a patient centered doctor. AWESOME doctor!

I want to thank doctor Cherie Booth in Plano, Texas, for helping me get some hearing back when other doctors gave up on me. I lost all of my hearing seven days after getting the Pfizer vaccine. The first doctor I went to did the proper protocol, but he gave up after three weeks. My appointment to see Dr. Booth was at the same week. So I decided not to give up and check with her. She gave me aggressive steroid treatments, and it helped. What a great decision. I got some of my hearing back. I am using hearing aids now, which also helps. I am forever grateful for Dr. Booth's excellent skills as an ENT doctor and a kind and caring doctor. She held my hand during the uncomfortable moments of the treatments in my inner ears. No doctor has ever done this before for me. Also, the staff just seemed genuinely interested and caring.

Audrey was very professional and thorough in explaining to me why and how to take my meds. She was careful to write out and explain everything to me. Dr Booth is a fabulous ear specialist. My son's hearing is better than it has been in years. Wonderful bedside manner. Would recommend to anyone with unique ear issues. Already encouraged my brother to travel up to DFW just to consult with Dr. Booth.

I am a 77 year old sudden deaf patient. Dr. Booth was the third Doctor I saw about total deafness in one ear. She continues to provide the best care I have had from any Doctor. While the others gave up and conveyed that they couldn't help, Dr. Booth has not and will not give up. I have definitely been helped by her.

Dr. Booth was very knowledgeable. After some testing, she immediately diagnosed an ear infection and prescribed some antibiotics treatment. Just in case she warned us that if treatment doesn’t help we may need additional scans. The facility also let us know the cash price of further diagnostic, so we knew what to be prepared for. Luckily for us, treatment actually helped. Even though this whole "story" wasn’t cheap, but at least she actually helped and stopped my wife’s suffering. I see where that money came to and I think it was worth it. Just 1 problem I had with one of the receptionists in Plano location at West 15th street. One of the receptionists got upset and lectured us (not in a very polite manner) because we were 7 (!) minutes late on our follow-up visit. It left some bitter taste. She is very caring and explains everything to you, very direct and knows what she is doing I went to her for a second opinion and half into the appointment I knew she was the right Dr for me, she definitely gave me some comfort of relief that I am in good hands. Dr. Booth is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. She takes the time you need with her and never makes you feel rushed. Treating someone with Meniers can be challenging but she always goes the extra mile to give you the BEST medical care possible. I would and have recommend others to her.

Dr Booth is an amazing doctor! After over a dozen Unsuccessful surgeries and a bewildered child with hearing loss ( reliant on hearing aids) and two cartilage eardrums we moved to the Dallas area and met Dr Booth. She was gentle and very informative and gained the trust of a reluctant child who would have a meltdown at the thought of anyone looking into or Touching her ears. Booth did a surgery to try to see if she could fix some of her problems. That was almost 3 years ago and I’m happy to say that she no longer needs a hearing aid and is now on a once a year hearing and ear check up schedule. As a parent I am so thankful that she is now a confident and happy teenager who now participates in high school sports and I Thank Dr Booth for helping to give that gift to her. I have been a patient of Dr. Booth for about 10 years. She is such a great doctor I’ve followed her practice from the North Ft. Worth area where I first met her and continued seeing her even when she moved 35 miles away to Plano/McKinney offices. She is such a kind professional doctor who really is very knowledgeable about Meniere’s Disease and she helps me on my journey through this disease. I’m so glad she’s my doctor and I am very comfortable recommending her to you for any ENT problem.

Dr. Booth is one of the most caring specialists I've been too (and I've seen many). She listens attentively and NEVER discounts or downplays symptoms or patient reports of perceived symptoms. She is thorough and takes her time to explain things in an easy to understand way. Exceptional bedside manner dealing with difficult conditions.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I’ve been deaf in one ear for most of my life and Dr. Booth put a tube in my only good ear but made the hole too big. The tube was in my ear with lots of space around it. I called her office so many times begging to come in because I knew something was wrong. She refused to see me. I went to an urgent care where they ended up referring me to another doctor. She completely botched my eardrum. I visited many other doctors after to get their opinion. I ended up needing a tympanoplasty, with the hope of regaining hearing in that ear. I never got my hearing back and lost wages because of needing to take months off of work post-op. I now need a hearing aid in that ear for the rest of my life. She cost me thousands of dollars and refused to see me because she knew she destroyed my eardrum. I’d give zero stars if I could. I love Dr. Booth. She is very caring and very thorough with each patient. As a Meniere’s patient, I was very stressed and frightened by the condition when I first was referred to her. Her calm manner and compassionate attitude immediately gave me hope. She has guided me through the ups and downs of this disease with exceptional medical knowledge and great kindness.

When I was faced with an unknown condition, most doctors I saw (PCP, neurologists, etc) we’re very dismissive and seemed uninterested in finding out the cause. Dr. Booth was very thorough and completed all necessary exams to ensure I had the correct diagnosis. I was so thankful for her expertise and help. She is one of the BEST doctors I have ever had. Highly recommend her!!!

Cancelled my appointment when they (the front Desk)said I had been removed because Dr. Booth had surgery. That I understand. Don't understand why I could not get an appt. with her for MUCH further in the future. This was a referral from my neurosurgeon.

I waited 1 hour 30 min to get into the room even with my appointment. Then I waited another 15 min to see the doctor. I was not alone - there were many other people (in waiting area) who were waiting for at least 45 min. This office seems to let everyone comes in and let us wait. Although Dr. Booth was very knowledgeable and friendly, I was not happy at all for long waiting. (My appointment was 2:45 but I got out at 5:15.) They should stop overbooking patients, and manage better.

revising my rating of Dr Booth to excellent with the exception that the practice is seriously overbooked and wait times are outrageous. Having said that she is an excellent Dr pretty much worth the trouble,

Dr Booth is great. I love her....she's a kind, empathetic doctor. But the front desk is awful. They are inflexible and callous. I had an allergy test scheduled and called while I was on my way to let them know I was running 10-15min late. The front desk woman promptly told me I would have to reschedule. Despite my explaining that I was literally 10-15min away, she did not care. Frustrating when you find a doctor/specialist you really like but their staff makes it extremely difficult to see them

Dr. Booth is an amazing physician! She has restored my hearing back to normal after several failed attempts by another doctor. You can feel the compassion & true sense of care as a patient and a person. I absolutely trust her completely.
