Visited Dr.Nickson today with my husband for his shoulder issue, very good doctor, very detailed very pleased with visit. The front desk Staff was very friendly.

My brother have seen Shannon Marrero, doctors PA on 1/26/2023 for the pain in his Knee. I have loved the overall care he has received at the doctors office. Everyone was really helpful through the whole process. Dr Shannon taken her time to examine his knee and discussed his x ray information. She was also able to help him relax during the physical check up, since he was hurting a lot during movements of his knee and I am more than happy with overall care he has received. I will recommend her to anyone, and will definitely see her for any future medical issues my family has in leg.

A year ago, I Dr.Nickson repaired my torn rotator cuff. Today, I once again have full use of my shoulder, and no pain! He need an amazing job. I'd also like to mention that he and his staff are excellent.

As always, Dr. Nickson and his staff delivery the very best care to his patients. No matter how you feel when you go in, you can come out with a smile on your face. Everyone in his office has a positive attitude and communicate they care about you 100%. With each of my toe issues that required surgery, Dr. Nickson helped me to relax prior to the procedure and to know that he would be doing everything possible for the best results. I have not hesitated to recommend him to family and friends.

Mrs. Marrero was excellent, she understood my pain and had a understanding of how it happened

Ms.Marrero definitely helps with your medical concerns about getting better and reaching your goal after knee surgery,helping you live a better life.

I came to Next Step for a second opinion on an injury I have been dealing with for a couple of years. Yesterday was my first visit but I can already tell I made a good decision. Dr. Nickson took time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly evaluated my injury, and provided reassurance that there is hope to help improve my quality of life.

I have had a very pleasant experience with next steps orthopedics. I Shannon Marrero has done a wonderful job throughout this process of informing me by setting realistic expectations, and informing me of time, frames of what my recovery should look like. this has been both incredibly helpful and comforting as this has been the first major surgery and recovery in my life. I was coming into the process with unrealistic expectations, and not really knowing/understanding what was in store. Shannon Marrero has been extremely thorough in our follow up visits are to ensure that the healing process, as well as my physical therapy is coming along as it should. I’ve been extremely satisfied with mine care, and would highly recommend next steps orthopedics to anyone who had to have this type of surgery.

Shannon is really knowledgeable and educated me on how my foot, ankle, legs work as it pertains to my injury. She has really good bedside manner and is highly attentive!

Nextstep is the most organized doctor office I've ever seen.Dr Nickson the best doctor ever he is very easy to talk to and takes his time with you. The staff is the bomb by making sure that every requirements are met and always on point! I absolutely love this place. Shannon is my favorite person there you can talk to her about everything and anything! Love you ???? my favorite place to heal. Thank you everyone there!

Dr Nickson has the best bedside minor and every visit is very through. I went for my knee and back pain after X-rays and exam all was good and he even recommended/showed me exercises to help with muscles.

From the moment I interacted with the front desk, I was warmly welcomed. Everyone I encountered was attentive and kind. Dr. NICKSON was thorough and explained my situation with me and answered any questions I had. Thank you to a truly wonderful staff!

This is Joyce Rossmann posting information on 6/2/2022 visit. Dr. Nickson is an excellent orthopedic provider. He delivers diagnoses and treatment options in a way the patient can understand and he takes the time to listen. Office staff is friendly, and very helpful.

My first point of contact was Michelle, very pleasant and efficient, she helped me set up a much needed appointment to see Dr. Nickson. Dr. Nickson is knowledgeable, awesome at what he does and he's also very nice and pleasant to deal with. He makes the patient feel welcome & comfortable. My experience with Next Step, Dr. Nickson, and his team have exceeded my expectations. I injured my knee 6 weeks before my wedding. The facility is pristine and the staff there are very friendly. I really liked how they cater to each of their patients needs. I went in with a foot fracture and wanted to avoid surgery as much as possible, so they did blood work to ensure my vitamin levels were where they needed to be along with recommending things to stay away from that may inhibit bone regeneration. in the later stages of healing they made sure to refer me to a great physical therapy place. The office and staff were professional! I am doing much better after one visit!

Had my first visit today. Front desk, Nurse, X-ray tech and Doctor were all great! Dr. Nickson took the time to go over the X-rays and show me what was causing the pain. Went over my options and the game plan to get me feeling better. I highly recommend Dr. Nickson.

I’ve been going Dr. Nickson for the past 7 years. He repaired my rotator cuff and my shoulder labrum back 2015. I recently tore my groin and he treated me as well, but thankfully I didn’t need surgery this time. He’s very professional and overall a great person to be around. Thank you Dr. Nickson :)

Dr. Nickson was very personable and had a great “bedside manner.” He and his staff were attentive and thorough.

Everyone at this clinic is fabulous!!! From the front desk, the radiology techs, med techs, Dr. Nickson and Shannon!! I would never go to another Orthopedic office.
