Worst front office in the area. Not worth the hassle. Horrible attitudes, horrible policies.

The office staff was mediocre. They prepared a referral without enough visits for cataract surgery and my insurance would not pay for over a year because of this and when I asked the doctor he feigned he didn’t know anything. I was reported to the credit bureau. Dr. Nguyen was not very concerned about my issues. He prescribed a medication that was not affordable nor worked. His reluctance to answer messages until the end of the day made me have to go to urgent care for a UTI for treatment. Find a better doctor and office. The office staff was mediocre. I have an appointment at this place. The staffs are very rude and unprofessional. I would go there again and would never recommend this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I have a great experience every time I'm there. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and thorough.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Nguyen for 12 years. I absolutely LOOOVE him and his staff. The wait time isn’t too bad...30 minutes or so. But it’s well worth the wait! He has a warm, friendly bedside manner. He’s extremely thorough and always eager to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

AWFUL office staff!!! They cannot fill out a referral in a timely fashion. I have been waiting OVER 2 weeks to get a renewal for my endo doctor. Lisa was very rude and denied that I called over 2 weeks ago!!! My endo’s office said they had issues with being able to get them to call back. Don’t waste your time on this doctor.

Absolutely worst doctor. He was so rude when we came in with my mother she had Alzheimers and was so ugly! But the worst is when we were trying to get her into a Nursing Home his office and HIM would not send over her records. That was all the Home was waiting on and his office kept saying that he was still working on them! We told them this was an emergency situation but nothing. It has been 30 days and still nothing and I plan on filing against him. Please DO NOT USE HIM!!! He doesn't even deserv one star but I had to put something. Absolutely worst doctor. I haven't had any issues with this doctor or his staff. Yes sometimes there is a wait but let me say this, if I have questions about my issues the doctor will answer them and make sure that they are answer in PLAIN ENGLISH not a bunch of medical mumbo jumbo that I have to look up later and figure out on my own. This makes a difference. So for that yes I'll sit a while in the waiting room or in the patient room so that someone else can have thier issues explained. I'm not selfish or heartless in that. He's got a good staff and he's a good and honest doctor hard combo to come by. I haven't had any issues with this doctor or his staff. Was a patient until I got tired of my time not being valued. Had a 2 pm appointment. Arrived at 1:30, only person in waiting area. 20 minutes later led back to exam room. All rooms I passed were empty. All I needed was a refill of a prescription and was told I had to come in to get it. Paid my copay. Waited in the exam room for another 20 minutes. Only patient in the office. Went to desk to find out when I would be seen by Dr. As I was walking to the desk I saw Dr eating a salad in his office. NO OTHER PATIENTS IN THE OFFICE AND I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR TO GET HIM TO SCRIBBLE A SCRIPT FOR ME AND PAY HIM A COPAY AND MY INSURANCE PAYMENT. HE DOES NOT VALUE YOUR TIME. SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE SIGNS WHEN HIS OFFICE IS ALWAYS EMPTY.

Waited for almost an hour in the room past my appointment time. And I guess I got fired as a customer. Has been my doctor for I think 12 years. I was told that he could not provide Service to me if I couldn’t wait longer

Yes they need to work on wait time! i mean my husband is so impatient. if you have an appt or follow up why so long. i would say 30 min is sufficient. take the not so critical first abd review chart before we get there. They dont even follow up on how my husband doing. Dr is good just too long of wait time

I have never had an appointment for Dr. Nguyen that there was not at least one pharma salesperson waiting to see him. Of course, Dr. Nguyen tends to prescribe the latest and most expensive medication available. I changed my doctor to one that was more interested in my health than his own pocketbook.

You will be in his office for hrs for a appointment, very slow, office staff had a change, (again) nurse Alma was promoted to manager and she is NOT experienced for the position, she has become so self absorbed and rude, unprofessional that she caused him to loose patients, my family of 5 included, Dr. Nguyen also will cancel patients appt because he decides to take a day off and clean his guns in his office because his wife won't allow that at home leaving patients to rearrange schedules for his convenience. I was not impressed in the least with this doctor or his MA! I should have known when I walked into the waiting room and there was only 1 patient sitting there, that he was not an upstanding doctor. I was there for over an hour, and there was only 1 patient ahead of me, so can't imagine what the wait would have been if there would have been a full room! If I didn't know any better than I would think this man had no PhD... I tried explaining my symptoms, and he acted like it went in one ear and out the other! I suggested some testing, otherwise he would have just sent me packing without even trying to figure out what my issues were!.. Stay away from this doctor! His wait time at his office is ridiculous. If you need a referral from him, he will ask you to come in the office.. so you wait 2-3 hours, then he comes in for 2 minutes and gives you the ok. He gave a referral 3 yrs ago for my husband to see a specialist, told the staff he was switching doctors who specializes the same from his previous one. Staff told him that he would need to make an appointment to see Dr Nguyen, because he wants to see his patients every 6 months! Isn't it's suppose to be yearly unless you have a medical issue that requires you to see the dr often??! So recently the last visit was 5 months ago, and the staff told him"well, I'm sure the doctor would still want to see you, but I can ask him". I visited the first week of February 2017. First time here. Rude people. 30 minutes after my appt. time I asked why so late? Their answer and the way they acted that I would ask such a question was complete rude and not necessary. Hey...how bout keeping your appointment time! Absolutely horrible service! Was told my appointment was for 1040am so I arrive there on time sat in the lobby for 30 minutes before the incompetent receptionist called me to tell window to tell me I needed to reschedule my appointment that has been schedule for a week now. Which I DID NOT recieve a reminder call for. Will be finding another PCP. I work in a doctors office so I know the protocol. My appointment would have only taken 10 minutes once the doctor got into the room. He is NOT a surgeon so he has no where to be at any particular time.
