Dr. Marietta Briones Lamug

Dr. Lamug is amazing. So sweet, so friendly, and super smart. She's always smiling and interacts with my kids in an engaging and positive way. My oldest is now 12, so we've been going here for some time. We've never had a bad visit.

Staff at front desk very unprofessional!

Where do I start? So many good things to say about Dr. Lamug and her staff! I've been taking my kids to her for 12 years now! She is always happy to see you, makes you feel welcome always!! And you can truly tell that she actually really loves children, it's not just a paycheck to her. She is just as good today as she was 12 years ago!!! I highly recommend her! She has the same two nurses working with her that she has had since I've been going there! So that says something about them!! They have always been wonderful to me and my kids! We just love all of them! ?

The receptionist there was extremely rude, the doctors are very friendly and great, but I have to give it 1 star because of the receptionist who did not help my wife at all and was extremely rude towards her. My wife has trouble communicating in English and the receptionist who was clearly Hispanic would only shrug her shoulders at my wife and close her window in the waiting room. I hope they begin to give better customer service because that is one way to gain a bad reputation. Wish I could give 0 stars. This place was very unprofessional. The wait time is always well over an hour. The nurses and office staff are always snarky and so is the doctor. Today for my appointment I had to wait almost 2 hours then she had the nerve to say I really came in for that? She has changed my daughters formula several times and now tells me she was just testing them like WHAT. There was poop on the walls and I took a photo of all of this and will submit to public health dpt and there was a screw upside down on the ground. On the bed they have the patients on was covered in hair,dirt grime in the cracks. Just over all a terrible place. Wish I could give 0 stars. This place was very unprofessional. Dr. Lamug is so good with children. We love her.

We are first time parents and were nervous about what to expect. Due to Covid it was extremely hard to find an office accepting new patients. When we arrived they showed us to a room to help keep our child seperate from the waiting room. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. With a newborn everything is both amazing and horrific lol. Dr. Lamug took 40 minutes looking at my child, showing us things not to worry about, and talking about future plans. I felt cared for, listened to, and respected. It was nice to have a doctor who cared and had so much kind energy. We are first time parents and were nervous about what to expect. We love Dr. Lamug. She is brilliant and interacts so well with parents and children of all ages. She's very pleasant, always smiling, and takes the time to explain.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office. The doctor is unprofessional & so is her staff. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. Also, the office is so old & the wait time is outrageous.

I absolutely love this dr. For my daughter. We had her first visit today and she is great, I'm glad I found the perfect dr. For daughter.

WONDERFUL DOCTOR! At our first visit, I text my husband, "we found our pediatrician!" The entire staff is so kind & accommodating. Dr. Lamug gets down on her knee and engages with my toddler, examines her while talking sweetly & being silly with her-- listening to what my tiny chatterbox has to say!❤ She takes the best care of my kids and always does it with a smile on her face. Good doctor but wait time was 3hours. Good luck!!! To anyone going there. I will never go back there.

I have taken my grandkids to Dr Lamug for years. Love the Dr and nurses but the front staff has always been rude. My daughter called to make an appointment for our 11 yr old grandson for checkup because he seems to be sick a lot. The front office lady said he can’t get appt until he turns 12!! That will be the last time we try to make an appointment there! The dr needs to look into how her front staff treats people! I have taken my grandkids to Dr Lamug for years. She is always friendly and interacts with the kids. The only pediatricians we have ever seen that sat down and asked my kids what was going on with them and had them describe it. She sincerely cared and my kids love her. We have used her for 5-6 years now!

My children have been seeing Dr. Lamug since birth and they are now 16 & 12. We love her & would not go to any other doctor :-)
