Dr. Chris Dixon Hughes

I was in a bad way. My dentist sent me to Dr. Hughes. He and his staff took care of me over their lunch period. How much more patient-care oriented can they be!!

I had a tooth extracted today and it was by far the best experience at a dentists office. Dr Hughes was very straight forward, nice, explained the situation clearly, reassured me and very much put me at ease. All of the staff was great. I wish I had found him sooner than I did and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr Hughes and staff.

Professional environment and staff. My extraction was a pain-free experience. Dr. Hughes called the next day to check on me. Superb patient care.

Dr. Hughes is awesome! Very down to earth, great personality! I would definitely recommend him.

Love this place !!!!! He is amazing and really sweet ! Does amazing work ! The staff is amazing as well ! They go above and beyond for you ! Clean building . . He doesn’t rush you . He takes time with his patients. Makes sure you are leaving with a smile on your face ! Will Always refer people here ! Keep up the good work !

I had probably the worst experience of my life at other dentists before. And had to get 2 bad top molars taken out. From the first moment i met dr hughes i was comfortable. Still nervous and my anxiety was out of this world. I even left the first time i was there to have my wotk done. But i went back dr Hughes put iv in. Told me he was gone give me something to help relax me. At any moment i didn't like what was going on wed stop and i could go home. But i got relaxed got something for pain. He numbed me took teeth out no problem. I remember very little. Had no aftermath problems. Id go to him 100 times if i had to. 100 percent recommend him. Great experience. Excellent bedside manners and explained everything with patience.

Dr. Hughes and his staff are absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond for me during and after my procedure. Dr. Hughes is very thorough when explaining something and answered any questions I had.

Dr. Hughes is very professional and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He spent a lengthy amount of time to explain the procedure and why I needed it. He also explained what to expect afterwards. His staff is also wonderful and made me feel comfortable. He called me at 9:00pm the same day of surgery to check on me.

They are super expensive and won’t give estimates for procedures until you pay an $89 consultation fee. Cutting out a tooth should have a set price and not depend on who you are or whatever they feel like charging. They wanted over $1200 to cut out 3 teeth. Check other dental prices and go somewhere else. Dr. Hughes also uses bad language while explaining routine dentsl procedures which is very unprofessional.

Very disappointed in this office. We are returning patients and wanted to stay local. I called to make my daughters wisdom extraction appointment and was told in order to get a Friday date I had make a consultation appointment the Tuesday before. I had no issues with this and made both appointments three weeks in advanced. When I show up for the consultation, they failed to put our name down for that Friday surgery. We had made all arrangements with work and school to have this done and they weren’t even apologetic. I also had to explain how my benefits work because the billing clerk didn’t understand them!! Oh and that consultation lasted an hour and half because the billing clerk didn’t understand Cigna and waited to give me an estimate. Going somewhere else. It was going to cost me 1,400 out of my pocket again I had no problems with this but there incompetence was not worth me dropping that much cash. Very disappointed in this office. The doctor, not the nurse called me at home the night of my procedure to see how I was doing. Impressed!

Dr. Hughes and staff are wonderful! My son (teen) had wisdom teeth removed. Procedure went very well and my son had very little discomfort afterwards. Dr.Hughes called personally to check on him that evening. My young daughter had to have an oral surgery. Dr. Hughes was very personable with her and she was very comfortable during and after the procedure. Again, Dr. Hughes called personally to check on her. Would recommend!
