Unprofessional office staff- very rude. Decent doctor.

Came here with my husband. We did a general physical and I wanted a little more inspection on ear and urinalysis. Only conclusion with earache was that it wasn't an infection. Didn't receive results on urinalysis until I followed up later. Had to deliver all medical documents to the receptionist ourselves. Told me to come back in 48 hours for a follow up on skin test. When I came back two days later I came at 11:30 and they had already left for lunch and told me to come back at 1. Came back at one and took 15 minutes to get my skin checked and my paper back.
