Dr. Hamori is extremely competent and professional. The overall experience has been very good. I felt very safe having my surgery done in her surgical unit. Pre-op meetings were thorough (there is a fair amount of surgery prep required from the patient), and the nurses were available and timely in answering any questions that I had when I got home. The surgical team met with Dr Hamori and me right before surgery to review exactly what was to be done. This was very reassuring. I was completely comfortable during surgery and did not feel any pain. Post-op was challenging the first 3 days and I think the expectations of recovery could have been given in more detail, but I did have medication prescribed to help with any pain. I have had my first follow up with the Dr. Hamori and she is attentive and making adjustments as she feels is needed. I am continuing to heal at this point. I am happy with my results. I have been going to the skin spa for many years. They have the latest noninvasive technology, and her facility is beautiful. I had a terrible experience here, the Dr. did not perform what was discussed and I was told different things from her and her staff. Some of my concerns were brushed off and my final result was a consequence of this. Very traumatizing experience overall, I do not recommend. After reviewing their response, I’d like to follow up with saying that during my initial consultation I had some concerns because I am a sensitive patient, I needed confirmation that certain things would guarantee to go a certain way. She agreed and reassured me of my concerns yet every single one of my concerns came true. The day of the procedure nothing we discussed occurred, a few examples are Dr. Hamori reassured that the OR room would be locked so no one would come in- it was not and someone came in while I was in the middle of a sensitive surgery. I was concerned with my Valium dosage not being enough, she told me it was fine and it was not. (I didn’t even feel it) she said I would be comfortably sedated before the procedure and I was not. She told me we could discuss the day of the surgery of a potential adjustment because a few times I had called to ask some questions after I did research and promised we could talk more before I followed through; we did not and she said, “I have a lot of other patients today, do you want to do this or not?” It was very rushed. I did not come back for my 2 month post op because I no longer trusted her or her team and was afraid more of my concerns would come true. My concerns were absolutely not addressed thoroughly if at all. I was treated as high maintenance when I explained that I was scared and sensitive and had a fear of doctors, my fear has become much worse and I was diagnosed with PTSD after my experience. I am also in need of revision surgery (I followed all post op instructions) but am too traumatized to do so now. My revision surgery would not be needed if she took the time to discuss my needs and expectations of the results. She continuously just kept saying, “you just need to trust me.” I’m still trying my best to heal from this but I don’t want anyone to go through what I did. I’m happy to read that other women have had a great experience here, I am not trying to defame Dr. Hamori or her office, I am just sharing my experience. The response to my review tries to pin my experience and results due to aftercare and make it seem like I did not follow post op instructions; it was before, during and after that I suffered, the post op care had nothing to do with my results, it was due to the lack of care and skill of Dr. Hamori. My experience here was awful. Dr. Hamori was impatient and changed what she said constantly throughout my consultations and surgery. My concerns were not taken seriously and my end result was terrible.

Dr. Hamori and her staff are absolutely amazing! Her team is kind, professional, and very thorough. I just can't say enough about Dr. Hamori. She made me feel very comfortable from the moment I met her. She took the time to explain the surgical procedures and my options and she answered all of my questions. Although I was very anxious on the day of surgery, she and her staff put me at ease. She contacted me after surgery (on the same day) to check in with me. I would not recommend Dr. Hamori to ANYONE. First - you will wait forever, and then when you are seen, she will rush through your appointment. She did very shoddy work, had to do 2nd surgery to fix a "hole". 2nd surgery did not look much better so she offered to do it a 3rd time. I got a second opinion and decided to go with another surgeon for the 3rd revision. When I asked her to refund my money because I was now going to have to pay another surgeon, she responded with a letter denying me which was filled with lies.....lies, lies, lies. I've been going to the Skin Spa at Christine Hamori's for a few years now and couldn't imagine going anywhere else! The office is beautiful, calming and bright, and the staff equally so! I've seen a few different estheticians (Linda is amazing) for different treatments and have found each to be very friendly, knowledgeable, gentle, and detailed in their work. I've tried their facials, the microdermabrasion and more recently the Clear + Brilliant and IPL laser treatment all of which have been great. They also have amazing products. i went after childbirth thinking i needed V surgery to feel the same. She Never told me i had a full medical condition. She saw i had a full pelvic prolapse front and back causing me medical issues, knew the insurance would cover it and I needed to see a euro gynecologist, yet never said a word, and quoted $15,000 for V surgery and tightening. If you have given birth and feel things are not the same, yes it is traumatic on the body, go see a euro gynecologist first. I went to this office to have an IPL treatment done (intense light pulse ) for sun spots on face . I did not go as planned ended up with multiple bright white spots on L of forehead which have turned into scars after following up with dermatology. I am so grateful I chose such a talented, knowledgeable surgeon who listened to my needs and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. From start to finish my experience with Dr. Hamori and her staff has been absolutely wonderful! She was recommended to me by my OBGYN and it was clear why. Scheduling the consultation was very simple and I was able to get an appointment about 6 weeks later. Dr. Hamori and her staff were kind and professional and took care to answer each and every one of my questions thoroughly. The procedure was explained in detail and I greatly appreciated Dr. Hamori's honesty when she explained that every individual result is different, but that she would do her best to ensure the best outcome possible. An estimate for the procedure was provided and the procedure was scheduled soon after. Pre-op instructions, which were explained in great detail, and a pre-op vitamin package was later delivered. The procedure itself was done under local so I was awake the entire time. Throughout the surgery Dr. Hamori and her nurses made sure I was comfortable and relaxed, and kept me updated and involved with what was going on. Post-op instructions were also provided in detail and I went home same day to recover. My recovery was smooth and my results are phenomenal! I could not be happier. I am doctor and surgeon-in-training myself. I went to 4 different plastic surgeons before finding and deciding on Dr. Hamori for my breast augmentation. My result is natural looking and feeling, my post-operative pain management was fantastic. I've had no complications. And now, 6 months afterward, my scar is almost invisible. I have been a patient of Dr. Hamori for several years now and am quite pleased with the suggestions and recommendations she has made. She always asks me first what I'm looking for and explains what the best options are. I've had fillers including Sculptra and Botox. I also recently had Vobella injections in my lips which produced magical results without the overdone look that some celebrities end up with. The lines around my mouth are gone and I could not be happier with the results!

Friendly staff, and Dr.Hamori is very nice with great attention to detail. That being said, I have decided to find another doctor due to long wait times. A minimum wait of 20 minutes after my appointment time on each visit, as well as additional waiting time in the examining room. One time it was 45 minutes. I have to leave work early for my appointments and don't appreciate my time being wasted. Please don't over book your appointments! Other than that my experience with Dr. Hamori was good.
