Staff are great. Dr Muido on the other hand not so much. Told us “we are going to start giving your son these vaccines” instead of ‘’let’s talk about the vaccines we recommend’’ and explain them. Made us feel like a bad parents because I said we want to do some research on them. His response was, “Why don’t you want to do the vaccines?” We are new parents who want to research what we put in our son’s body. Been going for years always friendly always got what I needed

I was diagnosed with a condition by the Head of Neurology at a hospital. They told me that if I was feeling discomfort to go to my doctor and get my dosage of pain medicine raised. Not only did he refuse to do this, he also told me that the doctor was incorrect and that I was fine. I had bloodwork and all of the results to show him that I was positive and I did have the condition but he was stuck in his ways. Very disappointed and will be changing practices.
